All our animals are with us until they find their forever homes. Because we are such a small shelter it is very important that we find adopters as soon as possible to open up space to save more animals. All available animals are current on vaccines, altered, and microchipped. Our animals are typically abandoned strays from the Chino Valley area.

We currently have 6 wonderful dogs that are all ready for adoption here at the Chino Valley Animal Shelter. While we never prefer dogs to have to stay at the shelter for an extended period of time, it can be fun to see the change in the dogs for the better. When Trout came to Chino Valley Animal Shelter 103 days ago as a stray, he had a rough coat, was skinny and did not really care for people. Today, he has a shiny coat, excellent weight and he LOVES people and all the attention he has learned he can get from them. Just look at the difference between the photo that was taken upon impound and his photos from today... We love Trout and hope he finds his perfect family soon!
