928-636-4223 ext. 7 At Chino Valley Animal Shelter we are a no kill animal shelter.

All our animals are with us until they find their forever homes. Because we are such a small shelter it is very important that we find adopters as soon as possible to open up space to save more animals. All available animals are current on vaccines, altered, and microchipped. Our animals are typically abandoned strays from the Chino Valley area.

It’s the start of a new year and Copper has made it his mission to work on himself and make 2025 his year of adoption. Copper has been in the shelter 104 days and while he has some anxieties and insecurities, he truly is making big improvements. As part of his new year journey, he has made it his mission to live out as many cheesy cliché sayings as he can. Today he is working his best to “Bloom where he is planted". We look forward to seeing more of what Copper will come up with and hope that this is truly his year (Month, week??... Fingers crossed!) to be adopted!
