Panhandle Veterinary Service is a four doctor practice that works with many different species, including but not limited to, dogs, cats, horses, cows, goats, sheep, alpacas, llamas, small pocket pets, exotics and birds. The new state of the art facility is fully staffed with experienced and qualified technicians, up-to-date equipment, 2 surgery suites and x-ray capabilities for both large and smal

l animals. There is an ambulatory service as well to satisfy all your large animal needs. There are two experienced groomers on staff to groom your pet and customize any haircut to your liking. Emergency services are offered at any time, even after hours, for any animal (client or not) that needs assistance. The staff at PVS prides itself for maintaining up-to-date information and medical knowledge to provide your pet with the best care possible. All of the small movements in the red blood cells that you see are individual microfilaria which are immature heartworms floating through the blood stream! This is a young dog that has not been on heartworm prevention! We can get your dog started on heartworm prevention today!
