Today we are going to do a little "Transformation Thursday" with Mr. Oliver.
He came to a wellness appointment in June of 2021 weighing in at an impressive 34 pounds. His weight was discussed and Mom decided to strap on the sweatbands and get him back in shape!
She changed foods and adjusted his intake. He came in yesterday for another wellness exam and was down to a lean, mean 18 pounds!
Let's give it up for Ollie Bear and his INCREDIBLE weight loss!

Help! This child’s athleti-leisure slide sandal was abandoned this morning! Poor little guy was just laying in a puddle until a kind client came and brought him inside.
If this is your athleti-leisure slide sandal, please let us know! He misses his partner!
No microchip. Offered food and water but he didn’t want any. Will hold for the day and get to a loving home if not claimed.

It's been a couple weeks of seeing another new face running around here! It's about time we do the official Facebook bio for her!

Dr. Abby Engel grew up in Baldwin, WI, and worked at a clinic in Hudson during high school. She graduated from Hillsdale College in 2018, then went on to veterinary school at UW-Madison, graduating in 2022. Her first job as a veterinarian was at a small animal practice in Eau Claire, and she is excited to be back in the Chippewa Valley area helping the wonderful people and their pets here. Besides veterinary medicine, Dr. Engel has a minor in music and plays piano and cello. Her other hobbies include reading, canoeing, camping, and shooting sports. However, the majority of her free time is spent walking and entertaining her miniature poodle mix, Theo.

Minnie has been with us for almost a year now!
Minnie came in with her litter of kittens and she was a bit nervous with staff.

She went to foster and spent time decompressing and learning to trust people. She’s been back with us for awhile now and everyone seems to pass Minnie up.
Minnie doesn’t mind cats, or dogs, and she is up to date on everything and spayed. We are estimating her age to be around 1 1/2 years old.

For our Clear the Shelter event, all adult cats are BOGO, stop out and meet Minnie 🐾

So, for those of you that cannot access the MyPetsWellness app, here is the 🤞temporary🤞 work around. It is not an app. It is a website. It is what I have right now 🙃

Also, if you are getting error messages, spinning loading wheel of doom, etc, SCREENSHOT AND EMAIL to me! They want examples and by golly, we will get them some.
