Plot twist— this morning we found 4 babies with Whimsey!!!

2- black, 1 gray and 1-white. Introducing- Snowball, Jett, Harley, and Imogene 🐱🐱🐱🐱

She was so tired last night after the last baby that she passed out and nothing more happened. She fooled us!

Happy Friday from Willow! ☀️

Willow is the mama cat of the 5 kittens~ Olivia, Toby, Violet, Gus, and Phoebe.

She is 1-year-old DSH gray and white gal who had a few extra toes (mitten beans). She was a very protective mama who took excellent care of her babies as she had them all with her when she was found by the lake.

Willow is a mellow gal who likes to keep busy, explore, and loves pets!

She can’t go home until her scheduled apt in September for her spay, rabies and microchip.

Labor started at 11:30 am and ended at 9:45 pm. She did loose one baby 😞

You know what is so amazing and awesome? This guy here ⬇️

Dash came to us in May and we couldn’t touch him. He would onto the other side of his kennel. Each day we tried and now, we can pet him and he loves it!

We never give up- we will keep trying more each day and soon, we hope he will hop on a lap or let us hold him. Little steps!

But today, we are living in this awesome moment! 🎉

Guess what?! Our Community Fun Home Show is no longer accepting vendors as we are FULL!

We cannot say THANK YOU enough to everyone who has dropped off cat, kitten food and dog food, donated through Target, Chewy and Amazon! And those who donated through Venmo, PayPal and sent in donations. {All monies we received for this go right to our food fund (we have funds set up for food and supplies, vet bills, spays/nueters, building repairs, etc with our accountant)}.

Our shelves are full! 🐱

We are so blown away by the support and so humbled. We normally don’t ask for supplies or food~ kitten season is happening here at our shelter later than normal.

Thank you again to everyone who donated and /or shared our posts about needing kitten food. We appreciate the support so much!!

Meet Jimmy! 🐱

Jimmy is a sweet 1-year-old tabby who loves to play! He is active, loves to chat, get tons of pets/snuggles and is kid friendly!

He isn’t ready to go home until his neuter, rabies and microchip apt in September. Bit can be adopted and have have visits in the meantime!

Little update on Tony~ he is healing good and turns out, he is a little lover ❤️ Even with his eye surgery, he still plays and explores like nothing ever happened!

He has a follow-up appointment soon where we will find out more about his eye.

Playtime is the best time especially for Lexi! This 1-year-old gal is a little spitfire who loves to play, gets along with other cats, and loves pets! Looking for a young active cat- she is it! Update on Shadow~ We moved him to a bigger room so he could walk around and have more room. Plus we can sit and spend time with him. He is eating his wet and hard food and is slowly trusting humans. He loves head and neck rubs and will then lay down for a tummy rub! He is still a little matted but we will bring him to the groomers once his eyes heal~ one thing at a time. He is about 1-1/2 years old.
