Meet our newest patient, Zeus!
This is Zeus Polach, he is a Siberian Husky. He and his mother, Luna, visited CFPC for the first time today. Our family is happy to welcome them both!
Fun Fact: Huskies have a double insulated coat that keeps them not only warm in the winter but cool in the summer. Never shave your husky; their thick hair actually protects them from intense heat.

Meet Tilly, everyone!
She is 13 Weeks old and saw us for the first time this week on 9-17-2020. She is a Chocolate Pomeranian and belongs to the Mullins Family. She is one sweet, brave little bear cub who did very well on her first visit to our clinic. We look forward to what lies ahead for this little one. 🦴 ❤️
SOME FUN FACTS ABOUT POMERANIANS
The Pomeranian disposition is usually well-behaved and naturally friendly, personable nature. Normally the Pom is not an angry Pomeranian dog. Throughout history, Poms have been excellent companions.
Pomeranians are generally perky, friendly little dogs. ... Pomeranians are often good alert and alarm dogs and can be prone to excessive barking. They tend to be good with children, but children need to be cautioned that these are small dogs and not as sturdy as the larger breeds.
Pomeranians love to cuddle! This has to do with their history of living in packs. By cuddling they warm themselves and show love and affection. If you have a lot of love to give, you can’t go wrong with a Pomeranian. They grow attached to their caretaker and don’t hesitate to show they crave attention and affection.
There is a right and a wrong way to show your Pomeranian you love him. Hugging can cause your Pomeranian to become anxious. Snuggling can make him more affectionate toward you. Snuggling should come from him. If you try to force this, it can have the opposite effect.
Last but not least, Pomeranians can read human emotions. They can sense when something is wrong, whether you're in physical or emotional pain. If your Pomeranian notices you’re feeling down, they’ll be right there to snuggle. Or they will provide you with a toy to distract you. That’s their way of showing that they care for you.
