Hudson is sure turning into a nice one! He and Dale Hauled Layne and his archery camp on today! Fingers crossed that all these geldings get a chance to haul some meat out this season!

Unfortunately, Boone came up with a small abscess in his front foot and we won’t be consigning him to Billings this month.

That being said, when he’s healed up and back to work we might be willing to work a deal on him privately to get him moved!

If you think you might be interested, shoot Layne a call or text early before we list him. We had full intentions of putting him in the catalog but it’s not fair to anyone to try and push it. God’s timing is how we run our business around here, so the sale must not have been what’s right for him!

Here very recently our business and family has been blessed beyond measure. Huge opportunity and successes have come our way.
As we approach the two year anniversary of selling Rafiki, we laid in bed last night scrolling our phones, talking about the amazing things coming our way and I happened to come across my video of Rafiki selling.

As we watched the final goodbye we laid there silently with tears in our eyes, lumps in our throats and heavy chests trying to force steady breaths.
This horse changed our lives. He changed the way Layne trained, he changed our confidence levels and our comfort zones. He earned Layne the recognition he deserved and he set the new bar for which we now operate at.

Rafiki will forever be the horse to remind me… when you finally start reaching your goals and finding your success, never forget the ones that got you there. ♥️

We brought Ike home with Powder. He needs some more groceries than what he’s getting on pasture so he’ll be getting slowly started while he’s getting bulked up some!
He’s a HUGE two year old. I’m guessing all of his calories have been going UP instead of OUT.
He’s going to be one cool dude!

Layne has branded a couple times on Dale and decided to throw him in for practice just for the heck of it. There is NOTHING this pony won’t do for our family.
I am beyond giddy and over the moon excited. Dale has never seen a set of roping boxes, never tracked or seen the roping dummy. You’d think he’s a 15 year old seasoned kids rodeo horse! 😍

Layne has been taking Boone and getting him started coming out of the boxes! This is his second day roping live cattle out of the boxes And this is his 4th run ever.

He’s going to be an amazing head horse as Layne starts to jackpot on him!

The way he just softly and quietly drops down and out as Layne pops his dallies shows us just where this horse is headed. 😎🤙🏻
