Every now and then we get the opportunity to do something great for a horse and collaborate with another program to give a well deserving horse a safe haven.

We got to bring Syd, THISMUSTBETHEPLACE from his program in California to us in Wyoming. He has quickly taken on the role as fun uncle to our foal Frodo and is settling in nicely.

A truly great stallion.

Stronach Stables' Macho Uno, was a successful sire whose progeny include 2013 Breeders' Cup Classic (G1) winner Mucho Macho Man. He was represented by 17 crops prior to being pensioned in 2020.

If the dictionary had a picture of the word versatile, it would be a picture of Corsica.

This teddy bear gelding has been excelling in his training here with us and is ready for his next step in life. He is as athletic as they come and could do wonders in an eventing or dressage career. He has enjoyed the life of a kids lesson program and would happily tote kids around any day of the week.

Sound, sane and over flowing with potential he is a barn favorite, rightfully so. Samba is easing back into work after some well deserved R&R and is ready for his next big adventure.

So, why a new facility and new location? We have been turning Thoroughbreds out on 2500 acres for awhile now and have seen amazing things. Their feet, metabolism, general soundness, and behavior have all made big changes. Several horses that couldn't be fixed with traditional methods have been made sound. We have our theories, but our goal is to pursue research to figure it out.

What have we seen?

- Improvement in chronic abscessing, pedal osteitis, laminitis and founder, angles, and thin soles
- Metabolic changes- development of easy keepers, no colic cases, signs of healing of ulcers
- Improvement in general body pain, reduced neurological symptoms in neurological cases
- Reduction of stress-related behavior, eradication of aggression in a severe case, generally relaxed behavior and improved social behavior

We're still collecting information on case studies, but our observations have been fascinating.
