Hey there Southern Family, we hope everyone had an amazing Christmas and an awesome New Year!
Just wanted to stop by for the 2024 reminders.

*Don't forget to bring in your pups rabies paperwork when you get your updates, we'll send reminders with appt confirmations if we have expired records.
*Every year we ask to please read over our Salon Policy and No Show Policy and re-sign for the year. Please read it over to ensure no surprises if something ends up applying to your appt.
*Appointment service selected at booking cannot be changed the day of appt, be sure to read over details on what your pup needs to come in for. Cancelation fee will apply if pup is rescheduled at check-in.
*Pets must be picked up within 1 hour of receiving text/phone call that pup is ready. Fees apply after 1 hour.
*Walk-In services are welcome without an appt of course but we can always take down pets info and selected time for same day service to ensure no extended wait time. We do stop walk-in services at 1pm.

*We'd love to see new reviews on Google, let us know how awesome your pups pampering was!

We're back from our Thanksgiving Break and so excited to get your pups in the Christmas Spirit 🎄🎅❄️

Just a friendly reminder that the service your pup is booked for can not be changed upon check-in. If you choose not to move forward with selected service, a same day cancelation fee of $50 will be charged.

Dogs MUST be picked up within an hour of us notifying you of their services being completed, as our kennels are limited during the holidays. A fee of $25 will be charged for any pet left after the hour.

We can not accommodate express grooms during this time.

All rabies vaccines must be up to date. No tags will be accepted. Please call vets or email the paperwork to [email protected] prior to your appointment.

Our cancelation fee is $50.

All appointments must be confirmed by 4 pm or they will be canceled. If you would like your appointment confirmed by phone instead of text, please tell staff during booking.

Good Morning Southern Family and Happy November!!!
Tis the season for the holiday rush! Attached is a copy of the yearly "Holiday Salon Policy" that will need to be signed upon booking an appt anytime through December! (if you've already booked, be on the lookout for a text link w/ policy attached to sign). This policy just includes a few friendly reminders about pick up times, appt confirmations and no shows or cancellations.

As the holiday season approaches, we'd like to give a few reminders and notices:

As usual (not just during the holidays), The service your pup is booked for cannot be changed at check-in (bath to haircut/maintenance, maintenance to haircut, etc.). Each service is described when booking so please ensure you choose what your pup is needing. A set time slot is dedicated to each pup when that service is selected as is the appt's around the pup so changing last minute is not something we can accommodate. If you choose to not go forward with selected service, a same day cancelation fee will be applied ($50).

We need to have dogs picked up within an hour of us calling/texting as our kennels are limited. We will charge an extra $25 for any pet left after the one-hour mark of being contacted, and each hour after that. Animal Control will be contacted for any dogs left after hours.

We cannot accommodate express grooms during this time.
All rabies must be up to date on file. No handwritten or tags accepted, please call vets or email the paperwork before your appt so we do not hold up the check-in line. [email protected]

Our cancelation fee will be $50 during the holidays as we cannot fill the spots as quickly and it affects the groomers. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us and ask!

All appointments must be confirmed by 4pm or they will be canceled (no exceptions!); confirming the appt after 4pm does not automatically make the appt available. You will need to reschedule at the next available date. If you need your appt confirmed by phone instead of text, please tell staff during booking.

We are excited and ready to get another holiday season under our belts!
