For the Love of Paws We are a pet sitting "Mom & Daughter duo" who provides services in YOUR home, making sure your pets

We have over 20 years experience of caring and sitting for pets! Being a military family has allowed us to care for and own an amazing variety of pets in many environments! Now settled in Cibolo, we decided to officially start our own business in 2015 and create our page in 2016! With a life-long love of animals and originally wanting to work in a vet office, I've taken veterinary assistant and te

chnician courses, making us very able to care for all types of pets as well as senior/medical needs pets, and to dispense medications. With having our own medical needs pup, we understand how important and reassuring it is to know your pets don't have to change their routine, or even leave their home, keeping them calm and secure. Whether you have a rescue, skittish, or special needs pet, we are always willing to accommodate and adapt to their needs!

• We are both insured through Pet Sitters Associates for for liability, property, and pet care.
• We text regular updates with pics, letting you know your pets are happy!

Our hearts became heavy when we heard of the passing of Nikolai, the greyhound.

Retired from racing, it was easy to see he still loved running as he made laps around the yard and moseyed over for pets for a job well done.

Nikolai was a true companion, always knowing when something was on your mind... and letting you know he was there. It seemed he took care of me as much as I took care of him, and I will be forever be happy for the time spent with him. He gave as much love as he received...and he was loved ever so.

We will deeply miss you, rest well, Nikolai. 💜🌈

Hello all! With the absence of posts the last couple of months, we wanted to let everyone know we're still doing what we love and caring for our amazing pets!

Life has been keeping us busy on and off the clock, our social media activity will be going back to normal. We appreciate all of our clients for your support and trust! 💜🐾💜

It is always deeply saddening to make these posts, especially around the holiday times.
We had received the heartbreaking news of the passing of one of our pups, Mia, and wanted to wait until after the holiday for her family.

Mia's family gave us the gift of trusting us with her care for many years, and Mia was always there to greet us with a quickly wagging tail and her sweet soul.
It is always such a fun time watching Mia and her companions, and it always remain so... because Mia will always be there in memory and heart.

Her family is in our thoughts, and we thank them for all of the wonderful time spent with Mia.
Rest well, Mia. 💜🌈

Hello everyone, Jacq here.
I have said this before, but it warrants saying again...it is never easy to hear of the loss of one of our pets.
It leaves you feeling disheartened, and some have a deep impact on you.

This was the case for me when I got the phone call of the very unexpected passing of one of our pets.
One who was a true companion to me, who I was bonded with...BW.

Since the first time I ever stayed with her, it was an instantaneous connection, and it stayed that way until the end. It's so easy to feel like you've become a part of their family, like a home when home is away. You feel like they chose you, and that's exactly the relationship I had with BW.

I am so thankful that her family chose us for her care, I would not have otherwise been able to have so many wonderful years with her, so many memories. All of her soft mews for affection, all of the times my lap offered a warm place for a nap.
I am forever thankful I got to be there with her one last time, it will forever be with me.

While I usually never address these from just one of us, the loss of BW hit me on a personal level, and my heart is hurting.
I was one of the lucky ones to have had her in my life, and she will never be too far from me.

We recently received news that one of our pets has made that final journey over the rainbow bridge, Wilma.

It seems as if this year has forced us to say goodbye to too many of our pets. It's all too easy to focus on the loss, so instead we reflect on how happy they made our days, the thankfulness for the time we had with them, and the imprint they leave on you.
To look back on Wilma's leaning into you for pets, or participating in her favourite pastime... napping in the sun.
These things are reasons to celebrate knowing Wilma.

Her family's and companions lives were made better by her being in them, and we know Wilma knows she had her happiest life with them.

We will miss you, rest well Wilma 🌈🐾

Anyone who knows us knows that we love our senior pets, they have such character and personalities! They're some of our absolute favourites! The only negative thing is that we often have to say farewell to them...

We were recently notified that Anabel made her way over the Rainbow Bridge.
While we always feel it is too soon to say goodbye, they know when they need to make that journey.
We take pride and happiness that her family chose and entrusted is with her care until the very end.

Anabel will always be a true campanion to us and, we know, her family.
While we'll miss her gentle nudges for pets and soft meows for some crunchy treats, we are thankful we were given the opportunity to experience them.

Never does it get easier to receive the news, the news one of your pets has left. It never gets easier to write the words, but all of our pets and their families deserve to know how important they are in our lives.

We recently received the news that sweet Rylee has crossed the rainbow bridge.
While we knew Rylee was going through some medical issues, you can never really be ready to accept how quickly they can approach that last rest.
She knew it was her time, even if it was too soon for everyone else. She lived her best and happiest life with her amazing family and companions.

We thank them for choosing us to care for their crew, and to have been able to spend time with Rylee before she made her final journey.

Another year has passed... we've welcomed new faces, and had to say goodbye to familiar ones We cannot say it enough, without all of our wonderful clients, we would never have been able to come this far. To have had one amazing year after the other doing something we truly love, something that makes us so happy. The people and pets we have been able to have the company of still astounds us when we look back on where we started.
