Cool Case of the Day!
A lab presented to the hospital today for coughing and acting lethargic. The owner described her cough as though she was trying to dislodge something.
We decided to take some x-rays to check out her lungs and little to our surprise found that she had a sewing needle lodge in her pharynx.
She was placed under anesthesia and Dr. Meakin was able to remove the needle.
