Groot has a new title in IABCA as of today. He is now has his international championship. Mr Groot does not at all enjoy being shown, so we will be showing him selectively if needed. However we are moving him over to performance as that is something he does very much enjoy, and his happiness is much important to us. Thank you Kati for handling him and all your help you give me and provide me with at shows. I appreciate you and our friendship. Thank you Jeffrey Joseph Gillespie and Judge Janet M Schwalbe for giving our boy V1 ratings.

Kobra earned a couple new titles this weekend in IABCA. She now has her international championship and national championship titles. She took breed today twice and took second in the working group as well under judge Jeffrey Joseph Gillespie - thank you. Meet Zeke….our 10 year old black miniature schnauzer! He is fixed. In his younger years he enjoyed doing agility and barn hunt. He is very well trained in obedience & has a very strong recall off leash. He might get back out and try some AKC performance events with the Giants this coming summer. However most days he enjoys sleeping, playing with his one favorite toy that the Giants know to never touch, and working every day with his owner while she grooms dogs. He lives with nothing but Giants…who he believes he’s the boss of. And yes, Zeke most definitely keeps them all in line, and yes they do listen. 😉

2024 has been good to us.

We got Kobra in Feb 2024. Started showing her in May of 2024. she has earned 3 titles in 2024 - CGC, ATT, BCAT, along with earning her first 2 points towards her AKC championship in November 2024. I am proud of what we have accomplished together.

All her OFA health testing has been done, she also has a chic #, and her generic health testing as well. Pictures are included.

Groots obedience is coming along nicely. We are hoping to get into some akc performance events with him next year. His personality has been slower to come out since we’ve imported him - however there is more of a dog in there than we actually thought. He is very eager to please and has an excellent temperament. We like what we see so far.

Groot and I working on his fooss (heal) and sit with our trainer this afternoon.

Kobra was evaluated today for IGP - she was introduced to tracking and protection, while also working on her obedience as well. Our girl definitely has a drive to track and has fire for the protection side. I’m looking forward to seeing where this new adventure takes us. I was told today “we have something.” Makes me so excited. #firesilverkobra #igpdogsport #giantschnauzer #workinggiantschnauzer

One thing I can say about all our giants is they love our twins and are aware of their size even when we have them in a pack outside for play and potty breaks. Jules playing ball of Bo.….while Kobra is in the background stalking our chickens lol 😂

Meet Bo Jackson! Our first Giant, who started it all! He is our miniature pony on our property. He’s 30” and 122# lap dog, so he thinks. He loves everyone, especially humans - that of which he loves to be invited up to give you a bear hug to bury his head in your neck lol. The ball is his favorite toy. Bo Jackson is fixed/neutered. He begins his journey in AKC performance next month starting in fast cat.
