Finally some good news I’m able to share with everyone. Doctors cleared me to start working again in December! Unfortunately I am no longer able to mobile groom due to my fracture still not being completely healed. But I am willing to send referrals if needed. Thank you all so much for understanding, can’t wait to see everyone!

I had my first appointment today after surgery. So far in right direction still saying 3 months until I’m able to groom! Should know more about things at next appointment. Hopefully healing process still keeps going in the right direction! 🩵

Just wanted to hop on and say I am out of grooming for three months. Had to have surgery on my right side and so far they’re saying three months until full recovery. If you’re my client and on here I apologize for yet another inconvenience and I can’t wait to see you all hopefully by end November 🤞🏻

I know I have almost all or a lot of my clients on here and I just wanted to reach out to you guys and say I was in a car accident yesterday so I am taking this weekend to figure things out. My car is not drivable it is most likely totaled, my left arm is still achy and sore so I might be needing to cancel some appointments, but I’m just seeing how things plan out. I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately things just happen and not always good timing but cars are replaceable and things always work out! With that being said please be safe while driving. I know people are going to ask so I’ll just say what happen I was stopped at a red light behind a girl and got hit maybe 40mph from the back and I unfortunately hit the girl in front of me due to impact but everyone walked away ok thankfully just totaled cars! Colerain ave seems to be a magnet for car accidents lately.

Let’s talk about summer and all the shedding that going on with double coated breeds! Example: German shepherd, Siberian Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Samoyeds, Akitas, Australian shepherds, Labrador Retrievers etc. these dogs do shed a lot more during the spike of summer and winter months. This is because they have protective coats that do there jobs for them with the weather changes. For instance shaving these kinds of dogs DOES NOT HELP WITH SHEDDING! You may think it helps but in reality it makes it worse for these pups. It will damage their coat and if shaved they will still shed smaller hairs you may not see it but they still shed. Your dogs need that coat to help them stay cool, also the hair will or will not come back! If it does come back it will not come back as their original coat texture. The reason it wont come back like before is because they have a under and top coat it doesn’t grow back properly due to poor hair follicles being clogged or both coats not able to grow back properly at the same time as they originally do. Shaving these pups causes or could lead to sunburn, poor follicle care, or even matting. Click these link to find out proper tools and shampoos you could use!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter I am still not accepting new clients. I am more than happy to refer other groom shops. I can put you on a waitlist but it’s not a guarantee that it will happen anytime soon. Also I am currently still booking out almost a month in a half unless I have cancellations, my schedule will be changing here soon I will update everyone when that time comes. Happy Fourth of July 🇺🇸🤍♥️💙. Just a reminder please keep your pets safe during this time of year lots of pets get scared of fireworks. One way to make sure they’ll be safe is keep them inside or inside safe area. Make sure they have their collars on with your number on them to make sure if they get out someone knows they have a home to get back to! I hope everyone has/had a safe and enjoyable weekend. Hello everyone I wanted to jump on here and say a lot of people I know are testing positive for covid. I just want to say if you have it or been around someone please let me know just so we can be safe and switch around your appointments the dogs can absolutely wait to get their haircuts done our health is the most important to me. I absolutely do not want to get it or give it to someone by accident. So if you feel sick let’s reschedule your appointment. We have no idea how anyones home life is or who lives with them that could have health issues. Covid is a very serious issue going on and I want you all to be as safe as possible.
