This sweet little baby is my 40th foster dog. She was adopted on Saturday. Yes, I miss my fosters when they get adopted, but I am also so happy for them. I could never have 40 dogs, but I have saved 40, and it feels amazing to be part of the solution... finding these innocent animals permanent homes. Please consider fostering, adopting, or donating to a rescue.

Folks, the most dogs go missing on the fourth of July. Fireworks are very scary, and your neighbors can set them off at any time. Even I have had dogs run off in years past, but thankfully I got them back. Make sure your dogs have tags, their microchips are up to date, and be with your dogs while they go potty.

Adoption event today!!! Majel and Shoyu did not get adopted, but they did an amazing job at their first event! They let people hold them, walk them, and snuggle them. Good job, girls!

This is my 20th foster dog, Charlie Sheen. He is definitely a heart breaker!!! Found alone, we don't have much info. Except that he needs a furever home!

Update: Peanut got adopted!!! Check out my new foster! His name is Peanut (butter), and he is a sweetheart! He has been great with other dogs and our cat. He is crate trained and is learning to go potty on a pad or outside. He is already fixed and is ready for his furever home!
