I will be at Flatrock Bioactives tomorrow located at The MAC (Morrow Arts Center), 10 Miranda St, Studio 2, Morrow OH. Stop by if you need to learn how to trim your gliders nails, if you need glider, hedgehog, tenrec, etc. supplies or just to say hi and look around. Not everything is in the shop but there are several frogs, different types of geckos, our resident chameleon and part of our herd of tenrecs. You might even spot a couple of other types of animals there as well.

Most of the animals are housed in custom tanks built by Flatrock Bioactives.

Our end goal will be to provide a little of everything for several different types of exotic animals so keep an eye on things and visit often.

Did I mention that tomorrow is Christmas at the MAC? No? Maybe you should stop and see what all the fuss is about. 😉🎄🐾

In addition to Jennifer's hand surgery, Bobbi will be returning to work outside of the home next week. There will be a few things I'll be able to do while working but sewing will not be one of them.

Birds are another animal we have started making things for. Our customers have been pretty patient with us while we learn from them as well as other avenues. Love, love, love our customers!

Good morning! Yes, it seems to be a one coffee in each hand morning but I will be at The MAC today in Studio 2 (Flatrock Bioactives) with very few supplies but on hand to answer questions. I will also be available to teach you how to trim your gliders nails if needed. Just give me until maybe 11:30 to get settled? No, I do not charge for nail trimming.

Stop by and see us today but please be kind as we are still not operating at full capacity.

We have been so busy this week! We are moving to a store front in Morrow Ohio. It's a little place that is dear to our hearts. The Morrow Arts Center. Full with fun boutiques, an arcade, coffee shops and more this place has it all!

Once we finalize the shop, we will have a grand opening. We will be in the shop on small business Saturday so come say hi and support our new neighbors! 😀

They are opening a brick and mortar studio location for exotic pet supplies and taking Glider Palace with them so we are on the move! Move in starts today for them! They will announce an opening date on their page and a grand opening will be announced as well.

We had a great show at CinCity yesterday! But now that our busy schedules have slowed some, Jennifer at Prickly Pigs Express and I are now taking orders for fleece items. Get your Christmas orders in now! Orders need to be placed by Dec 4th and if the order is paid in full at the time it's placed, we will give you free shipping. Pick up is also available in Waynesville or Morrow, OH for orders placed by Dec 11th with a deposit placed at time of order. We cater to a variety of pets including but not limited to sugar gliders, hedgehogs, tenrecs, mice, rats, bearded dragons, rabbits and so on. ☺️

I've been sitting on these for about 2 months because I didn't have time to do anything with them. I should be able to roll them out with the opening of the brick & mortar store but can also take orders at any time. The 3rd picture shows what they look like on a coffee cup. These are all 3D prints.

My 11oz coffee cups run $13 unless it's personalized or something I designed myself. These are neither. Cups are microwave and dishwasher safe.

I have a few wind spinners as well but I've only been able to do the smaller ones. I need time to figure out the larger ones.

As promised, here are Logan and Mystique's babies. We were waiting to post them due to Mystique having such a hard time with the birth. We were worried about mom but she is doing great now and the babies are doing good as well. I just happened to catch mom getting something to eat so I snatched the babies for a quick picture.

We realize these babies are dark and they really are beautiful, aren't they? Logan is very dark but we want to be very clear...just because a baby is dark there is no guarantee that it won't lighten up during its lifetime. Tenrecs can and have changed coloring. Do not be fooled by less than honest breeders.

I have been fairly busy but I will do my best to keep you all updated on their progress. ☺️

It seems as though we won the battle with the soil gnats we brought home from our original supplier for The Bug Boy. We applied one last treatment today just for good measure because we can.

What does this mean??? We are ready to offer up our Powder Blue Isopods, Powder Orange Isopods and Springtails! The Dairy Cow's and Dwarf White's are breeding and doing well but need more time to establish.

Some of the Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches are ready. The Dubia roaches are breeding with my Roach Chow! I am not ready to offer those yet as their colony needs to grow more but I will have the Chow available.

We are rebuilding the mealworms.

When I say "we"...here is the face of The Bug Boy. Meet Gabe. He gets help from grandma (me), papaw and his parents. Ethan (Jennifer's son) is also working on mealworms for now. I'm not sure if he will be working with Gabe or separately.

My husband built this cage for me 12 years ago today and I'm still using it. All of the supplies ran us around $500 and at the time we thought it was crazy to pay that much for a cage. Stainless Steel guys. Stainless Steel! I remember how quickly those store bought cages rust and they just aren't worth the money or hassle.

The Bug Boy is testing his own formula for Roach Chow. This was taken less than 5 mins after placing it in their habitat. We will continue to test it through at least 1 cycle to be sure they are breeding and healthy. It's looking good so far!

Crude Protein, not less than 18%
