In the process of collecting information on we have come to realize they are one of the lowest rated in the area. In addition to multiple complaints on the
Betterbusinessbureau website, they have atrocious ratings on
Yelp Cincinnati
- 2.5 out of 5 stars??? that's TERRIBLE!! We are not surprised

There is no lengths we will not go to spread this story. We have a social media presence on Facebook, Twitter/X and Instagram. We have purchased the domain address Gradysvet.com, and we will continue to purchase more domains. Every time a potential customer searches for Grady's Veterinary Hospital, WE WILL BE THERE.

Maybe some people walk away after a group like this almost kills their family member, WE ARE NOT THOSE PEOPLE. We are not looking for monetary compensation, we don't even care if we get an apology, now it is solely about spreading the message of our experience with this absolute dumpster fire of a veterinary hospital.

Our only hope and prayer is that Grady realizes that people matter and their pets matter and before not giving a crap, you should consider that some people will pour themselves into telling the public what you are all about if you don't take their file seriously.

After the saga with Grady Veterinary Hospital, we were just thrilled to finally be back at our regular vet Veterinary with Monkey!! We know he is in good hands again now!!

If you are in the Maineville/Mason area and need a veterinarian during normal business hours, we HIGHLY recommend Salt Run!

We are still trying to identify a good after hours emergency veterinarian to recommend to people needing an alternative to Grady.

Learn about the absolute failure of Hospital in to care for our beloved dog! People must be informed about this business. Do your research! The Better Business Bureau is filled with complaints and 1-Star reviews. We should have done our research, but we are here to save you the heartache. It is now our mission to spread the word about this "hospital"....

These are the current reviews/complaints of from the Better Business Bureau website. Ours will be added soon as well, but first we want to have our website/blog up and running and connected to our X account and Twitter page. It is clear to us that our experience was not an isolated one, and this information needs to be spread to other in the area who may someday find themselves in the unfortunate circumstance of needing an emergency , before they make the mistake of going to Grady's for emergency care.
