Meet Our Herd:

the goofiest of our lesson horses, hick never fails to keep us on our toes or entertained.

standing about as tall as a giant, hick’s favorite activity is trail riding or playing with his brother LJ.

hick has grown so much in our time with him already, we can’t wait to see where his future takes him 🤩🤩

Allison and Fedora spent some time with Cait this week working on flying lead changes.

Flying lead changes are when the horse changes leads at the canter in the air between two strides. Flying lead changes are super beneficial for balancing your horse, as horses are generally more comfortable being on the correct lead. Additionally, they can make or break the quality of your upcoming jumps.
