Willow Branch - Cisco

We are starting to get some questions, so might as well let the "dog" out of the bag.

We will hopefully be beginning construction on a new location outside of Monticello beginning summer of 2025. The new location will have 30 boarding suites, doggy daycare, larger area to accommodate grooming,training space, and an additional retail space for a pet oriented business or vet practice. This location will take the place of our current location at 822 Old Route 47.

(for those wondering, it will have concrete parking lot instead of white rock. You asked, and we listened)

We still have a lot of steps to go through with both county zoning and city zoning, so nothing is for sure yet. Hopefully they will see the value of service we bring to the community and the jobs we provide as well.

Due to time constraints, we don't do baths on Sundays.

We are currently full for Thanksgiving here and Willow Branch - Monticello. We are working on getting some more rooms installed at Monticello before Thanksgiving, but not sure they will arrive in time.

We do have a few rooms available for Christmas at Cisco, but Monticello is essentially full (a few gaps here and there but nothing consitent for a week)

We are growing again, and with growth comes change.

Starting in September, Heidi will be grooming at our Monticello location to help keep up with the growing demand. We will still be offering baths at Cisco, but until we get another groomer trained, grooming will only be offered in Monticello. Thanks for you understanding.

Most important is we will be transitioning our grooming booking system to a dedicated grooming platform. This will allow our grooming customers the ability to book appointments online! Our current software is good for boarding, but not so great for grooming and groomers.

Finally, we will be opening a grooming entrance at the rear of our Willow Branch - Monticello location. This entrance will be clearly marked and will be communicated with our customers prior to the appointment.
