Home-Sweet-Home PET CARE is designed for you and your pets. The intention is to be there when you are not, whether it be vacationing, weekends away, busy sport seasons with the kids activities, or training your dog. You are responsible for potty training, and I teach the dog manners, proper safe walking with the leash, leashless walking, therapy dog training, safety out in the world (not walking into the street without being on a leash with a human), playing ball with them, and teaching them not to bolt out of a door. I teach them to stay inside the house with the door wide open, and I walk out of the house and out of sight, expecting the dog to continue to sit there until I return. Part of the training is to respect the human, and wait while they enter the home and follow in after; same goes with going out. Whatever your challenge is, I am willing to work with it as long as it is safe to do so. As far as cost, I will work within your budget, anywhere from 2 times per week to 5 times per week.
Petsitting is IN YOUR HOME! I do not kennel your animals at my home. (However, I will board horses while you are on vacation at Dream Acres Horse Ranch, where I live.) I will come to your home morning, noon, dinner time, and evening if need be. Every family and pet’s needs vary. Spoiling Specialist is my title because they get a lot of love and kindness; and, they are always excited to see me return! This business is just me. I will not take on the responsibility of hiring other people to be in your home with your animals. My ability to do a great job for you while you are away is my promise to you. Because I am only one person, I can only take on so many families on a given weekend, or busy vacation time; therefore, I encourage you to book your times ahead as soon as you know. You can always change the dates, and you do not have to pay to hold dates. This ensures that you are first on my calendar for care.
Last Minute Care is when you realize that you need someone to let the dog out or walk the dog while you are away at a meeting, or a ballgame. My client’s usually text me and ask me, and I say “yes, thank you!” and they know that I know how to get in, do what’s expected, and leave the place locked with a light on if late. We all work together. If you would like to visit with a client, just ask ... they would be happy to hear from you. They are the best there is! I have the best job in the world, making your pets feel happy, fed, exercised and loved! My days are filled with laughter, because my furry clients are so adorable!
