WOW!! The ACTS committe of the Claremore Elks Lodge would like to thank each and everyone of YOU who helped us have another successful event raising funds for Blue Star Mothers Oklahoma Chapter 20 . This was our 20th year having the privilege of caring and sharing to this organization. Over the last 20 years YOU have helped us raise over $320,000. We would like to thank every business, group, club, entity and individual who either donated money, items for the silent and live auctions, raffle items or pint/liquor pull as well as those who donated so much of their time. We especially want to thank the Claremore NJROTC color guard for your presentation of our colors, service of food and clean up duties. Also, thank you for everyone behind the scenes including those that set up for our event, the VFW for loaning us tables, the cooks who prepared our meal, clean up duties, everyone who helped with the check out of auction items and of course our wonderful bartenders. Together we were able to donate $30,788.40 this year. If you would like to become a member of Chpt 20 please reach out to them via Facebook. You do NOT have to be a mother to join. Their Chapter is not exclusive to Rogers county. Their next meeting will be held on Oct 3rd at 6pm. You can also volunteer with them directly to donate treats and essential items for them to mail or sign up to help them pack those boxes to be mailed. If you are looking to join the Claremore Elks Lodge please just give us a call so that we can set up a personalized tour and tell you about our organization.

Today is the day!! Doors open at 6 pm. This year our event will be held inside Hepler Hall of the Claremore Elks Lodge. $15 will cover dinner & desert. Come out and bid on some really great live and silent auction items. Cash, check, debit and credit card payments accepted. Open to the public.

The clock is ticking and we have been working hard getting ready for our annual Support Our Troops Dinner & Auction. Tickets are $15 at the door. We will also have a raffle and a wine/pint pull. Steven has been a member of the Elks Organization since 2012. He is a former pitcher in Major League Baseball who started his MLB career with the Boston Red Socks (80-82,84-87) and finished up his career with the Kansas City Royals (89-91). Steven had a career 320 strikeouts and a 4.7 ERA. During the 1986 post season, Crawford went 2-0, including a win in Game 2 of the World Series against the New York Mets. This beautiful collectors baseball is the winning ball from that 1986 game 2 win and is autographed and donated from Steven Crawford's personal collection. Nicknamed “El Bombi”, this outfielder plays for the World Series Champions Texas Rangers. He started his professional career in 2018 as a St. Louis Cardinal and has won numerous awards. He is a 2x All Star, ALCS MVP, All MLB 2nd team, and has won both the Babe Ruth and Gold Glove Award.

EXCITING NEWS!!! The name of our event has changed but the passion we have for our troops has not. We hope that you will be able to join us this year as the Claremore Elks Lodge #1230 celebrates our 21st annual event. You can help by sponsoring, donating and attending.
