Good morning Shih-Tzu friends! Pupdate on Thursday June 13th. We have been taking older puppies to the groomer this week and they look gorgeous, but it's hard to get puppies this age to hold still, so I am holding a few. We have new fees on the older pups and we just put up a litter of cute TINY AKC pups, that are little dolls! We will be home and available for pick up this weekend. We can offer FREE delivery to the Merrilville, IN area on next Monday or the SW MI area (Paw Paw MI) on Tuesday morning. We are going camping the family in Michigan for a week after that. I have no idea if we will be having working phones or even the ability to text after that, so if you are considering them, please do so quickly! Otherwise we may not be available until we are returning on June 24th. PLEASE DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS ON HERE! We are very busy preparing for camping and will not be on the computer much. Murphy is one of our couple boys still available--- These pictures are pretty old and they are starting to need grooming, I can wash-- I am NOT a groomer, that is why our adults go in every 8 weeks. Picture of little Ivy for attention! We still 4 older girl pups and 3 older boy pups available. Little Dexter just kind of got lost in the mix, we haven't even ever had him on our website. All these pups seem to be tracking very small (thanks Tater Tot and Sq**rt!)-- I would be very surprised if any of them get over 10 pounds (at a healthy weight). I will be delivering (for an additional fee) this coming Saturday April 27th through WV, to Morgantown to Hagerstown MD, up to Harrisburg PA, Allentown PA, all the way to Union NJ! As requested, here is a new photo shoot of little "Sophia". Just so everyone is aware, she has large protruding eyes. Bigger than normal and just last year we had a similar half sister get blinded with a stick in one eye, just playing around the back yard with the other dogs. So who ever gets this angel is going to always have to watch her eyes. Also she sticks her tongue out when she is nervous, we thought people should see that too. It's not all the time, but if she gets nervous (like the flash from the photo shoot), or playing or sometimes she sticks it out. I know most people don't care and for others it's a deal breaker.

So I wanted to address a "would not recommend" comment from Kathy David. I wouldn't recommend us if I were her either. In fact I strongly hinted that is was a bad idea for her to come out last week when I had my 5 year old grand-daughter from Michigan. I have driven 24 hours in 7 day, and then I had a child to watch. Sorry, she comes first. I let them know she was here. I told Brad it was a BAD IDEA, I didn't have time to wash a bunch of puppies. I took our grand-daughter to a hotel with a pool all one day, then the mall, then rollerskating. Then her little friend had a bad cough that she then gave to my grand-daughter, who gave it to me, who gave it to Brad. This is also's Brads fault in a way for taking on WAY too much just 2 months after a full hip surgery. He's still going to physical therapy. He was just trying to be accommodating. We have also had several people hold up some older puppies (Like Austin) for several weeks all as they continued shopping and eventually got other puppies. Austin is still available for $1000 but his price will be going back up to cover his professional groom next week and we are also trying to get him in and neutered/rabies etc. So the folks had a long drive and they should be mad about that-- but they also should have called to confirm before setting out on a long drive-- Brad's phone was dead and he spaced on what ever appointments they set up--- he's still taking narcotics prescribed for the pain. The kicker is with the "does not recommend" they didn't even LOOK at the puppy, how can you not recommend when you haven't even see the pup? Which here is Sophia with a fresh professional groom, 4.5 pounds today at 5 months old. Tiny and sweet as can be. It's a shame she hasn't found a home yet, but with her small size it's hard for me to let them go.

Picture of Boone for attention! Many of our pups have found their forever homes in the last few weeks! We do have a couple more older boy pups still available, that we have reduced so that they find their homes quickly! We have updated our website which will be linked in the comments below. It will need to be very quickly though as we are leaving Friday night and returning on November 12th. So update on cute little Spencer here... he got an eye injury. Puppies roughhousing with other puppies. It happens from time to time. After several weeks of treating with antibiotics, my guess is he will be blind in that eye or at least limited vision. The little guy is still just a tiny doll! Just 3.5 pounds at 13 weeks has him charting between 6.5-7 pounds adult weight. We have reduced his price to an AS is adoption fee that can be see in his ad in the comments.

Picture of Petey for attention! We hope people don't find us rude when we do not give out our exact address until they tell us they are on their way. What we find rude is having our weekends ruined for 25 years waiting and waiting for people who have an appointment to show up at our house, or not. Like today. We don't care if the person changed their mind, found a different puppy, wasn't feeling like making the drive. Not to mention the person from today not responding to neither the text, the phone call, or nor the FB DM to see if they were coming, or not. Whatever. It's okay, but now instead of being held hostage all day long, we can be out on the water kayaking and at our age and one of the last decent weekends this year.... that is what is important to us. So again, please don't think we are being RUDE when we don't give our exact address, we have 25 years worth of reasons.

Brand new video of Bear.... and he was named right because he is just a snuggly Teddy Bear! If you are looking for standard sized Teddy Bear of a pup, you are missing out if you don't consider him!! He has been "pre-spoiled" and has an amazing personality. He is likely going to end up a lot lighter with more of a Gold color as many Shih-tzus do. Also, we have exciting news! If anyone wants to FLY IN TO NASHVILLE FOR THE WEEKEND, we can deliver him free of charge on Saturday evening. It would be an additional $50 for updated vet check and rabies to fly. Or we would be happy to meet a family driving in, completely free of charge. We could be there between 4-6 pm (we are going to a show at 8!) Nashville is an amazing city with lots of entertainment! we are so excited! We also have 8 other puppies that will be ready to go to their new homes on Saturday, including purebred Shih-tzus and our 2023 Shi-poo litter of the year. Shih Tzu friends.... my page is on a list that apparently scammers just love. The price of popularity! DO NOT JOIN ANY OF THE GROUPS. DO NOT RESPOND TO ANYONE SOLICITING YOU FROM MY PAGE! Our names are Brad and Jeanine Ross--- if it's not us, don't trust them. There is a major "Shih-Tzu Group" out there that started in the end of July and has over 26,000 followers getting more every day-- They are 100% a complete scam! I see them scamming people EVERY DAY on facebook. Facebook allows people to be scammed but then censors many of my postings.... I'm not real happy about it. I'm pretty angry in fact--- I would really hate for anyone to get scammed because they click on these weird groups.

Here is a picture of little Bear for attention.... he looks dark now, but he is going to lighten a lot, he may end up gold with a darker mask. We still have one girl (Pebbles) and a few boys that are ready to go to their new homes! We are available most of Sunday if anyone would like to come out and take one of these little guys home.
