With 4th of July just around the corner please let us know if you need any refills on anxiety medications for you pets.

Below are some other great ideas to help with your pets anxiety on the 4th of July:

🏡 Create a Calm Home Environment

-Keep them indoors during fireworks, ideally in a quiet room away from windows.

-Use white noise (fans, sound machines, calming music) to help muffle the sounds.

🚫 Safety Reminders;

-Update ID tags and microchip info in case they escape.

-Don’t bring pets to fireworks shows — even “calm” dogs can panic.

-Keep them away from sparklers, glow sticks, BBQ scraps, and alcohol.

🧸 Use Calming Aids

-Adaptil (dog pheromone) or Feliway (cat pheromone) diffusers or sprays.

-Thundershirt or anxiety wrap: Gentle pressure can have a calming effect.

We Appreciate Your Understanding!

To continue providing the best care for your pets, starting June 12th we’ll be applying a $5 prescription refill fee applied to medication filled outside of the clinic (Costco, Chewy, etc.) This small fee helps cover the time our doctors and staff spend reviewing, approving, and processing prescription requests—ensuring your pets get safe, accurate, and timely care. This fee will not apply to any medications purchase on our online store or in the clinic.

We remain committed to providing excellent care and we truly appreciate your support of our small business.
