Our Farm
Our farm philosophy is to grow small, smart and precise with emphasis on permaculture principles of earth care. In relation to our microgreen enterprise, we source our seed and soil mediums from ethical companies. All of our microgreen soil waste on the farm is recycled into our farm system for uses such as compost for vegetable gardens, fruit trees and soil building. We grow as natural as possible and don’t use pesticides, herbicides, chemicals, synthetics or eco-harmful inputs. We strive to follow organic standards although we are not currently certified organic.
Cleanliness is our number onepriority. We are exceptionally clean and meticulous with our entire grow process. This is why our microgreens are guaranteed to last a minimum of 7-14 days with proper refrigeration, depending on the variety.
We source clean soil, sanitize our seeds and use filtered water to grow our microgreens. Our growing environment is temperature and humidity regulated.
All of our infrastructure, tools and harvesting surfaces are sanitized before and after dealing with any of our microgreens. We wear gloves and use sanitized containers when handling products. Our greens are inspected daily to ensure a clean product with phenomenal shelf life.
