If you are interested, please feel free to contact the staff at 931- 648-5750 or visit at 616 N. Spring Street. The shelter is open every day except Wednesdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The MCACC team appreciates any help that can be provided.

We have very limited space but please - if you have an outside pet that needs a place to go during this cold snap - message us and we will find a warm place for them to stay, at no charge, so they do not have to be outside. It is too cold ❄️ Please share 🐾

Hello Friends!

As most of you know, our building was demolished by the tornado on December 9. We are very fortunate that no one - pup or person - was injured and everyone was evacuated safely! Since then, we have been working continuously to get back on track and having such amazing customers helps so much!

We wanted to let you know -

•We ARE doing limited boarding - we have rented a home with a big backyard - the set up is a little different but the love and care is the same ❤️
•Our space is very limited for the time being so be sure to request your reservation - thru our website as usual - and we will get back to you with the options.
•We are super excited that we may have found a spot that we can resume daycare! We hope to hear back soon (within a week) and be able to give everyone a start date.
•We are rebuilding! Meetings with contractors and architects are happening and we are very excited for our future 🙂 We will keep you updated with the progress.

Thank you again, so much, for everything and we are really hoping to see you soon!

So thankful that we are all safe and again a huge thank you to everybody who has offered your help and support and your care and your prayers. Please continue to reach out to our Clarksvile community. There are so many in need right now that could use every bit of your help❤️

I want to thank everybody again for the outpouring of support and love.

Everybody has been asking how to help and really, we are fine. I know there are others out there that are suffering, so please seek them out and donate to them. They need it much more than we do in this time of crisis. If you don’t know anyone, yaipak outreach is a great organization in Clarksville that helps everyone, especially in crisis. We will be contacting all of our clients individually to make arrangements for upcoming appointments etc. so please be be patient with us as we get going again. Again, thank you everybody for all your support and prayers!

Take action and become a reason for hope. You can help others by volunteering, donating items, or simply giving to our organization.

I wanted to update everybody, all the dogs have been evacuated and are safely tucked in with my family and me at my home. I will be contacting everybody about pick up as soon as I can get in and get everybody taken care of for the night - as that is my first priority. There is no hurry to pick anybody up. They are safe and being well cared for so please don’t feel like you have to rush back for them. They are all OK! For those that want to pick up we will be in contact - probably in the morning with locations and contact numbers. Thank you everybody !
