GARAGE SALE - tomorrow!
Don't forget the big garage sale to help animals!
TOMORROW- FRIDAY AND SATURDAY! 9:00-2:00. - 919 Brookwood Dr (it is a corner house on Deerwood - back yard Driveway) Lots of dog halloween costumes, dog toys, halloween scarves for dogs, lots of christmas, stationary bike, great childrens toys, just lots of stuff! Good stuff! Haha!, The pictures just show a sampling of some things inside, we have lots more plus we have have tons outside. All goes to help the animals! Please stop by!

This beautiful cat is looking for a furrrever home. She is spayed but no other medical history is known. The owner never vetted so not sure of any problems. The owner got divorced and the cat has nowhere to go. She has been put outside. Cannot imagine after being indoors how the poor cat feels. They go and feed her every other day. They think she is about 5-6 years old. She is super sweet with gentle people. If anybody is looking for a sweet girl we will hook you up with owner. Of course we would pay for vetting on this angel. UPDATE: We have been given several vet clinics that might do this surgery. Waiting on some call backs. We are going to check them all out for Miss Kelsey! We will update and thanks to the ones that responded and messaged!

I will never understand how some cats have zero luck. This poor sick cat, Kelsey, was rescued by a girl that has no money, but her heart is in the right place. We have helped this angel already 3 times. We tried to find a medical foster but had no luck. We found she has an elongated soft palate that needs surgery. Kelsey is breathing through a pin hole. She also has severe stomatitus. Can you believe on top of that she developed pyrometra??? The pain and suffering. I could cry for this poor cat. Kelsey is now successfully spayed, thank goodness, but developed upper respiratory. She has to get her elongated soft palate fixed to breathe. Then the stomatitus needs addressed. The young lady reached out for help with Ethan Almighty and Ky Humane also with no luck.. Of course, we want to continue to help. Her only hope. This poor cat has been riddled with nothing but pain and suffering. She is so sweet it is heartbreaking. Is Metropolitan and Blue Pearl the only places that do this surgery? Time is of the essence.

SOUTHERN INDIANA/LOUISVILLE AREA
I can never understand the hearts of some people. We were told these cats were left behind when owners left. They were scared but have already warmed up to their feeders. They can now pet them in a very short time. They are beautiful but we need fosters to get them back into a home. They will be fully vetted. So many rush to get a kitten but adult cats just dont have interest. Does 1 touch your heart? If interested email [email protected].

We want to thank everybody for coming to Bingo last night! We had a full house! We hope you had a good time! We want to give a special thanks to Margie and Pam for all the awesome desserts and barbecue, Roger for hot dogs, and Shelley and Pam for awesome gifts! Owner is moving out of the country. She has 5 cats. Cannot afford the cost to take out of country. Desperate for homes for each of them. All spayed/neutered.

Then we have Bartles & Jaymes. They’re also litter mates. Bart is the orange one and Jaymes is the black one. Bart is a stereotypical orange kitto…. Loves to be loved but if you as much as sneeze, he’ll jump and run. Total scaredy-cat but not a mean ounce in him. Then Jaymes is sleek and muscular. He knows how to open doors and smartest of them all. They’re close to two yrs old.

Owner of 5 cats leaving country for a new job. She cannot take her cats due to cost. Desperate for homes for her cats. Only has a couple of weeks. If you can help here are the first 2:

BoiBoy and CrazyGurl are litter mates and yes, they look alike. You’ll quickly learn them from each other though. She has the light stripe on her face and is thinner. She’s… as the name implies, a little crazy. She might be okay in a home by herself where she doesn’t have to sleep with one eye open. I don’t know what happened with her while she was out in the world as an infant, but she loves to be petted, but not held. My son can hold her, but even after 6 years, she loves me and trusts me, but turns rigid when i hold her. So, i just let love her on her terms, and we’re very happy.

Her brother is a stereotypical middle child. Such a good boy, but because he’s so quiet and well behaved, he sometimes misses out on the attention… but if he catches me with no one in my lap, he’ll come over and plop down and get his turn with the love and attention. He’d be okay alone or with others I think… he’s such a sweet boy.

They’re 5-6 years old and and had their shots.

As 9-year-old sisters who have spent their entire lives together, their bond is exceptionally strong. Presently, they reside in a relative's basement, but unfortunately, the relative's allergies make it impossible for them to provide a permanent home. While Ellie is the more dominant personality, both cats are remarkably sweet and deserving of love. Prior to adoption, they will be completely vetted.
