We are a 501c3 non-profit charity. Your donations are tax deductible. We are volunteer-based with a handful of gracious souls funding TNR & fostering adoptable animals. More about us:

*We relocate feral/stray cats as “Barn Cats” to safe, approved outdoor locations.
*Our foster families care for friendly, adoptable strays until homes or rescue placement can be found.
*We save at risk animals, including dogs that are on death row at other facilities.

*We are NOT a shelter.
*We are volunteer-based.
*We rely on donations to vet animals.
*We rely on fosters to help with adoptable stray cats & dogs.

All areas considered & visited for approval locally. WE TRAVEL to place outdoor kitties!

*Send photos of housing/barns/placement to be reviewed.
*Send 3 references for adoption. (Landlord, vet, coworker, friend.) Adoption Process for Friendly Animals:

Happy world cat day!!!!!!
Poor fella came to us Friday after an urgent plea from Animal Control.
It's unclear as to what happened to him prior to coming to Animal Control but he is one happy guy.

His back leg was so badly damaged it had to be amputated. That dosent seem to slow him down or affect how much he purrs one bit!!

He will return to get his staples out in 14 days and then be up for adoption!

This sweet girl has landed her self at Mecklenburg County Animal Control.
She was picked up on Buffalo Road in Clarksville.
She is microchipped.
However the chip information comes back to Finn, Furr and Feathers from 2018 which is no longer in business.
She is at least 6 years old and just wanted to go home.

Little Marvel was found in South Hill today.

Be a sore front left foot as well as an infected portion of his tail. He's currently at Clarksville Vet Clinic getting treated .

We are in a heat advisory. Please keep your pets safe and review the following tips:
* Pets can dehydrate quickly, so keep plenty of fresh, clean water available.
* Make sure outside animals have access to shade and do not over exercise them.
*Know the symptoms of overheating in pets: excessive panting, difficulty breathing, increased heart rate, drooling, mild weakness, stupor or even collapse.
*Animal with flat faces such as Pugs, French Bulldogs and Persian cats are more susceptible to heat stroke.
*Never leave your pet in a parked vehicle unattended, the temperature can become deadly within minutes.
*Do not leave your pet unattended around a pool.
*Dogs with shaved coats need to be protected from sunburn.
*Do not let your dog linger on hot asphalt. Their bodies can heat up quickly absorbing heat from the road and their paw pads can burn.

Mookie is sadly looking for a few place to call home. He was adopted last year and his mom has become unable to care for him. He is house broken, okay with cats and up to date on all vaccines. He's a very sweet calm soul about 6 years old.

These little ones were found in the road last night by one of our volunteers!! They are about 5 weeks old and supper sweet but about to starve!!!! They were taken into our foster program and headed to the vet to get a check up!!

These guys were owner surrendered today to Mecklenburg County Animal Control. We took them in and transported them over to Lake Country SPCA where they will be up for adoption!!

This sweet little nugget was found at a dumpster location we have been working to TNR for some time!! He's sweet as can be and is in need of a Name!! He has some upper respiratory issues and will be headed to Clarksville Veterinary Clinic tomorrow am. He's about 10 weeks old and a loving fella. Poor Chief was diagnosed with parvo yesterday and after doing fairly well prior to late last night and this am he started to crash. With it being the weekend after several phone calls to get a plan together. He's being admitted to Triangle Vet Referal in Durham for treatment. Please say a prayer for this little guy.

Picked up sweet Shorty from the vets office this morning. We are treating with antibiotics for a few days. And then paws crossed she's headed to rescue!!

These guys are all loaded up and on there way in two different directions. Part of these sweet babies are headed to Powahtan with Kim to meet transport and Queenie is headed south to Lexington with Niki and her Husband to meet her rescue. Jessica, Al, Lisa and Holly all pitched in to help get everybody where they were going while I'm outta place. We are so thankful for all our volunteers and there extra help this morning. Pictures of Sitka and Shay are missing but they got their freedom ride to rescue today as well!! Dakota is home he got his restitched and a drain out in place He is in his temporary foster home on 5 different scripts to hopefully heal up nicely this time! Sweet Shilioh is recovering well and is having a ball with her foster siblings!

These little ones are in need of foster. They were unexpected today. They are a litter of 5 puppies approximate 7 weeks of age. There is no sign for the last two days of their mommy.
