As the first day of winter approaches, the team at Paris Animal Welfare Society would like to remind everyone that homeless animals face a tougher time during the colder months. 🐶🐈❄️ As temperatures drop, these vulnerable creatures struggle to find warmth and shelter. But, there's something you can do to help!

Please consider supporting our mission by adopting a furry friend, volunteering your time, or sharing our posts to spread the word. Your kindness and generosity can make a world of difference in the lives of these animals. Let's come together and ensure they have a warm and loving place to call home this winter season.

We absolutely want to celebrate our shelter pets!! This was a good week of fun, discovery & possibilities with some wonderful new folks and "inmates" at the shelter. We had a heartfelt good time meeting both new human, feline, and canine varieties. Overall we have a reason to celebrate this week! Remember: ADOPT DONT SHOP!

Every pup looked adorable and we raised a bunch of supplies and money for the Powell County Animal Shelter! Nash is a very good boy and a long timer at our shelter. 😥 He is a unique looking Catahoula dog. He is neutered and good with other dogs. He is confident and always eager to take a hike. He also loves car rides. He is 3.5 yrs old, fit and smart. He can be a goofy boy.

Yes, thank you ladies! This is life changing for these dogs as this was a serious health issue with their long coats and basic care being neglected. They were seen by the vet and evaluated as part of a neglect case. They are feeling 100% better!
