Powell County Animal Shelter We are a rural shelter that houses stray cats/dogs in Powell Co, KY. We adopt & work w/rescues to find homes for cats/dogs whenever possible. Not a vet clinic.

Donations are always welcome! We don't have a vet at our location. DO NOT report Animal Control issues here. Call 606.663.4998 or after hours- dispatch for emergencies. See available pets at Www.fopcp.org

At Ace Hardware, Dexter checked out the great dog food selection, found a toy he really wanted, and looked at new w**d eaters for Raymond.

Dexter lives at the Powell County Animal Shelter. He's fully vaccinated, neutered, and is more than ready to find his forever home.
