We recently had the honor and pleasure of bringing Indy and Piglet to visit the residents at Francis House, and it was nothing short of magical. These two little stars brought so much joy and comfort with their gentle presence lighting up the faces and hearts of everyone they met.

One visit was extra special. A resident who had previously visited our farm with her daughter asked if the littles could come to see her. The moment they arrived, Indy and Piglet walked right in, snuggling up as if they’d known her forever. It was a moment of pure connection—a reminder of the healing power these horses carry in their hearts.

But the joy didn’t stop there. Their visit wasn’t just a gift for the residents—it touched the volunteers and staff deeply, too. Watching the love and peace Indy and Piglet shared was a beautiful reminder of the impact these incredible animals have on all of us.

These moments are why we do what we do. Thank you, Indy and Piglet, for reminding us of the simple, profound power of kindness and connection.

🐴 Gallop to Give🐴
Dylan's story is one of resilience and renewal. Once a young racehorse, he spent years working with the Amish before finding himself in a kill pen. Rescued and brought to Sunshine, ☀️ Dylan arrived in poor condition—underweight and carrying the scars of his past.

Through the dedicated care of our volunteers, he transformed into a healthy, confident, and happy horse. Though Dylan bears the physical scars of his past, including a stifle injury that prevents him from being ridden, he has found solace in the company of others. Dylan's spirit remains unbroken even though he watches his pasture mates come and go.🐴

Without the donations and support by so many, we would not be able to help rescues like Dylan. Now, we need to find that forever home for this sweet boy! ☀️❤️
