Top quality show horses, breeding stock and lovable pets are available for purchase. Whether the you are an amateur, youth, family, advanced horse fancier or a professional breeder, our personal knowledge of each horse enables us to assist our customers in selecting

the perfect one for them. More than twenty-three years of experience with minis, you can call on us for advice and assistance in caring for, showing and breeding your horses. We particularly enjoy helping newcomers to the world of miniature horses. That is our way of repaying the people who helped us get started and to share the joy of owning a miniature horse with others. We pride ourselves in offering horses for sale that have been carefully bred. Most of the horses we sell and use in our breeding program were born on our farm! Our selective breeding carefully matches top bloodlines from champion stallions and blue ribbon mares to produce superior offspring. We strive for the ultimate in conformation, disposition and intelligence, along with small size. Our herd includes many A.M.H.A. World Top Ten and Honor Roll winners that are the foundation of our nationally known breeding program. Our National Champion bloodlines include Boone's Little Buckeroo, Orion Light Van't Huttenest, Rowdy, Egyptian King, Gold Melody Boy, Komoko's Little King Supreme, FWF Little Blue Boy, Bond Dynamo, Shadow Oak's Top Banana and L & D Scout. At present, we are focusing on the Orion/Scout and Buckeroo lines, along with the Top Banana line. All Iona Farm horses are registered with the American Miniature Horse Association and the American Miniature Horse Registry. Owner Gordon Harris served on the A.M.H.A. Board of Directors for six years. Iona Miniature Horse Farm is also actively involved in a regional club of the A.M.H.A., the Mid-America Miniature Horse Club. Gordon served four terms as President of the Mid-America Miniature Horse Club and six years as Treasurer. We belong to several other regional clubs as well. We are knowledgeable in halter, driving and performance events. We have had numerous World and National Champions, as well as Honor Roll winners. Our children began their show careers as young as two years old. They are now grown and our grandchildren are entering the show ring. Our youngest daughter, Ashley has become a successful professional trainer and operates Versatility Miniature Horse Farm and Training Center. Our customers come from all walks of life and have included famed country singing star Lynn Anderson. Shipping is available world-wide. Iona Farm horses have been sent as far away as Europe and Australia! Buyers are provided with complete, carefully kept records regarding health care and breeding. All Iona Farm horses are guaranteed not to exceed 34" at maturity unless stated otherwise.

For sale.Iona Farms Short List, Yearling ( coming two) filly. Sire is FAF Eagles Sorcerer, and dam is our former great driving mare ,Iona Farms Wish List. Short List was shown in 2016, and at the AMHA World show placed fourth in her open halter class. She has a sweet disposition and is easy to handle.

Today is the birthday of one of the biggest influences in my life. Annie (Fallen Ash Farms Annisette) is 30 today! my parents bought her as a foal and we have grown up together. She helped raise e and my brother and sister. She always took care of me, never trotting faster than I could keep up, moving herself between me and other horses acting up, watching over me, and just being there for me, whether it was just spending time together, or needing a shoulder to cry on. I bought her from my parents when I was 13 and started my herd. She has had nothing but top quality foals, improving with age. The sales of her foals paid for my first 3 vehicles. With this horse my love of horses and especially miniatures was given the chance to explode. I don't know where I would be today if it wasn't for Annie. We have a special bond that I will never have with another horse. I owe my life to her. She had her last live foal at age 25 who is one of her best. She lives her spoiled life now getting almost what ever she wants. I will drop everything for her, I owe her that. I do everything in my power to keep her healthy and happy. I think if you asked her, she'd claim she is still 20 lol. She still runs out of the barn every day when I let her out. She loves to run with the babies, and often I will see the herd of foals running through the field with her right in the middle, while the rest of the mares eat. I have so many more photos I'd love to share, but getting ready for a horse show I don't have time to find them all, but I will likely add more as I find them. I have included photos of some of her last few foals, who have been big winners in the show ring. they all love to drive, jump, and have her stamina and energy to go go go. My herd includes 2 daughters and a son, 3 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, 4 great grandsons
Happy birthday Annie, I wouldn't trade the last 30 years for anything!

Iona Farm's JuJu Bee Mine
is a very correct 2004 mare with a feminine head and a long, graceful neck. She is a beautiful bay color as well. Bee Mine is a real eye catcher. Her sire is Sami’s JuJu Bee Banana. Her dam is Lil Hill’s Bay Valentine, both Grand Champions. Bee Mine moves elegantly. She had a beautiful bay filly by FAF Scout’s Irish Luck in 2009 and a sorrel filly in 2010. 32”

Iona Farm's Delicate Operation is the first foal sired by Iona Farm’s Smooth Operator. Her dam is a Cosmic Dream daughter. Delicate Operation is a very pretty buckskin 2007 filly with a gorgeous head. She has a sweet personality and gentle disposition. This mare is broke to drive. She has a very nice headset and gait. She has been successfully shown in Classic Pleasure Driving classes. 31 1/2”.

Iona Farm's Wish List is a pretty 2007 palomino pinto filly by Buckeroo Grandson, Little King’s Cosmic Dream out of Iona JuJu Wish Princess. She is a full sister to both AMHA World Top Ten winners, Iona Farm’s Wishful Thinking and Make a Wish. This filly is absolutely beautiful with a gorgeous head and long, clean neck. On our show string, she has excelled in Liberty and has been a Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion Senior Mare, behind her sister.
