Johnston County Animal Services will hold a rabies vaccine clinic for dogs and cats this coming Saturday, March 26 from 9:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. The clinic will be located at the Animal Center at 115 Shelter Way in the Town Of Smithfield, NC Government. The vaccination fee is $5 cash.

Our dog walking package has been changed to a dog walking subscription!
At the beginning of each month, the subscription will automatically renew for your number of dog walks. Unused dog walks will expire at the end of each month, so make sure you only buy what you need.

!! ANNOUNCEMENT !!

In about a week, our dog walking packages will be changing to monthly subscriptions. The pricing for the amount of dog walks will not change! The only difference will be that at the beginning of each month, the subscription will need to be renewed.
How will dog walking subscriptions work?
On the website, you can purchase a monthly subscription of up to 10 walks, 20 walks, or 30 walks. If you do not use the walks by the end of each month, they will expire and a new subscription will renew them for you!
What is the reason for the change?
We have had a lot of clients who have bought packages and not use them. These subscriptions are to make sure that each client gets what they paid for within a reasonable amount of time and to ensure that we are paid within a reasonable amount of time.

When it comes to the environment, dog p**p is a pollutant. Rain dumps it into water sources, which then triggers algae blooms and w**d growth that make water unsuitable for swimming, drinking, boating, and fishing; let alone as a habitat for the creatures that live underwater.

Please, pick up your dog’s doodie at home in your yard, in your neighborhood, at the park and downtown, and on hikes to protect everyone
