My name is Beau - Pronounced “Bow” for all those wondering. I’m big, strong, and a mix of breeds. People are sometimes nervous as I approach, but I’m really harmless. I just had a habit of pulling on walks and paying attention to too many things. HMP helped me understand that there was no need to do those things, and that my Mom and I were a team, not two beings vying for power. Now I can confidently depend on Mom to take care of most issues and relax. Life is so much better this way😃

So my name is Bandit, a GSD, and I Joined HMP cause, well, I really don’t know why. I mean, yeah, I peed on the couch, was afraid of strange things, wasn’t great on walks, wasn’t… ok, ok. So I get why I joined HMP. But!! I don’t do those things anymore! HMP helped a lot, but what helped the most was my partner in crime, the guy who adopted me. I was so lucky to be adopted by someone who respected me as a dog, and was not hell bent on me respecting him. He saw me for who I was and worked with me each day accepting me for who I was - that day! I’m the luckiest GSD in the world to have found the perfect survival partner. Through the good and not so good, we’re doing this together❤️

Hi - I’m Kali😊 I’m a Border Collie, and I specialize in algebra and epigenetics. For all those who thought HMP had disappeared, he didn’t go anywhere. Hi! My name is Troy, and I’m a 100 pound plus Cane Corso. I’m a lean mean fightin machine, until I get to know you, and then I lick you all over:) My hobbies are counter surfing, pulling on leash, not listening, jumping up on people, and paying attention to everything. I’ve enrolled at HMP cause my Mom and Dad think I’ve chosen “not so good” hobbies, so I’m learning new ones like not pulling on the leash, listening, and not paying attention to everything. Hey, I’m Sadie, a Golden Retriever. I joined HMP for just a few reasons. I joined because I jump on people, and because I pull during walks. Oh - and I counter-surf. Oh yeah - and I don’t always come when I’m called. One more thing - I don’t always listen. Now that I think of it, I also put everything I can find in my mouth when walking, and… forget it. I guess it’s more than a couple of things. But! I can say I’m getting much better at “my couple of things.”😊

Hi! We are Dutton (left) and Dallas:) We are Labs and we are brothers. We are happy to see you always, or not, but we will rush the door to see you every time. I guess we get too excited sometimes, and when that happens we just can’t stop. We want to love you, but we just have to make sure about you. Then came HMP and come to find out, we don’t have to get so excited. As a matter of fact, we are learning that most of the time we can let our human Mommy and Daddy handle the situation and just mind our own business! Whew! That’s a load off our shoulders😊

So I don’t have a forever name or home yet, but I was just hanging out with Uncle “G” from HMP. He come to see me and my 9 brothers and sisters (we are 3 weeks old), and my 10 cousins (who are four weeks old). Many of us are still looking for a home, so if you want giant loving like no other, reach out, and we’ll give u a lifetime of it!

What? It’s time to train again? Ok - my name is Nabe, and I’m a Bullmastiff, and I’m a clown. Nothin but jokes with me:) I started with HMP cause, well, I’m a puppy, and I do puppy things. I’m learning how to make good decisions, and live in the human world. I have a big advantage because my Mommy and Daddy really care about me. They are super patient with me, which allows me to be who I am - a clown!
