55 acres of fun with 5 massive play areas (1/2 acres plus), snuggles from a sweet loving staff, tennis balls, puppy pools, fresh air, warm sun, shady trees, sweet cool air conditioning, a warm comfy bed at night...you just have to see it. our dog can have a nice bath and come home sparkling clean. We chose our site specifically to facilitate safe play. We believe that space and fresh air are needed to create a healthy, safe environment. Camp Four Paws believes in soft safe play with tons of human interaction and guidance. It's fun and it's amazing. Another good read for dog people. 💕

Nothing like a rainy day to dive into Jennifer Holland’s new book, Dog Smart. Everyone else is napping here, but I’m loving this book.

She reminds me a bit of Sy Montgomery’s writing, throwing herself into stinky smells, science laboratories, and just about anything related to dog intelligence to understand dogs as dogs, not human constructions. Holland is a great story teller, and even if you think you know this subject backward and forwards, she’ll keep you reading into the night. Sy herself, (perhaps the best writer on animal behavior today), says “This book … will knock your socks off.”

Our Story

Established in 1997, we are 55 acres of amazing, amazing, amazing doggie fun and love. We picked our facility for it’s perfection for dogs. Dogs are our focus. Fresh air, shady trees, huge play areas (1/2 acres plus) create a perfect dog facility plus 4 air conditioners for the summer. :) We think your dogs deserve this. We play with tons of toys, swim in puppy pools, we even ride bicycles with the more energetic dogs our play areas are so big. We hand out rewards for good behavior, practice obedience, and love love love your dog. We play for hours and hours, never minutes. Senior dogs can rest in the shade, under cool misters, in the office, or chew on a bone in their rooms, whatever they prefer. Senior dogs pretty much get to do whatever is best for them. Baths can be given at departure so you’ll never know how much fun your dog had. :) Come for a visit and we'll show you the amazing experience your dog will have. Give your dog the gift of exceptional treatment while your away.

Our specialty is shy dogs, so if yours is shy, don’t worry, we move at their pace until they feel comfortable. That’s our favorite dog to work with. The place is so happy and so much fun that the shy ones tend to blossom.

We have discerning customers that come from all over including Palm Springs, San Francisco, Los Altos, and Nevada. They drive here because they know our care is exceptional. Come visit and see what they see.

Our hours are terrific: open every day until 7 pm for drop off and 8 pm for pick up
