I’d be lying if I said I always looked like the image in this flyer...or this profile image.

Life is busy—more children than I ever imagined raising, finishing a graduate degree, working nights, preparing for an internship, and running this small business that fills me with immense gratitude...

Life can be messy, hard, and even disappointing at times.

This month’s Spirit Says focus on shadow work hits close to home because those shadows are very real and present in my life.

But here’s the flip side—because the flip side is always there, whether we choose to see it or not:

✨I’ve found love in every moment. I’ve found my purpose. I’ve reconnected with the eternal soul within me, the part that glows untarnished by the human journey.✨
