The full blood moon and 9/9/9 portal shook us open. Many felt stripped bare -- exposed, raw, and deeply vulnerable. It was a sacred tearing down, a release of what no longer had space in your highest life. With so much released, it's natural to feel tender, unsteady, or even unsure of who you are becoming.

This new moon does not demand more of you. She whispers comfort and invites you to breathe in the quiet. Wrap yourself in softness and remember healing happens in waves.

🌀 ✨ 🪷 ✨ 🌀

You know that saying, “No mud, no lotus”?

This time last year set me on the start of a new, big, seemingly insurmountable journey.

The journey is far from over, but a year later I can look back and see some things:

Change is inevitable.

Transformation is necessary.

Just because you’re different now, doesn’t mean you were an imposter before.

Just because you know better now doesn’t mean you weren’t worthy of healing and love before.

Live in the present.

🪷 Celebrate every step, no matter how small.

Sometimes moving an inch through the mud is the exact ingredient necessary for uncovering the lotus.

You’ve always been there.

Maybe you’re still trudging mud…I think truly we’re always trudging mud. And then we rise, and bloom…and inevitably the cycle starts again.

🌀 A constant spiral of transformation and rebirth.

This is the healing journey. A sacred spiral. Divine, and existing in You.

May mud serve as a reminder of the crystalline beauty growing within, silently, waiting for its moment to shine, transform, and divinely start again.
