Bear's Necessities
Bear is a 3 year old Labrador Retriever who is on the thin side at 46lbs. He is neutered, active, high energy, affectionate, curious, strong, athletic, friendly and lovable according to his former owners.
Bear has lived with two other dogs and got along well with them. It is unknown concerning cats but we would guess he would be a chaser. He is good with kids and has spent some time with a 1 year old child with no issues.
Bear was surrendered with his two Labrador housemates because the family downsized, with no fenced yard and no longer give them what they needed. With the new move and subsequent surrender, Bear is working on his potty training all over again. As is the case with most Labradore Retrievers, Bear will need a 6ft fenced in yard. And I forgot to mention, Bear loves attention!

Hi I’m Bailey!
I am a 6 year old male Catahoula mix weighing about 50 pounds. I am sweet, loyal, and a huge cuddle bug. My favorite thing to do is lay on the couch with my foster parents and snuggle under the blanket.
I have minor arthritis in my back legs that I take medicine for, but I occasionally get playful bursts and the zoomies! I still like going for walks though and sniffing around. I am very food motivated and love my treats and peanut butter! I’m not a big fan of the crate, but my foster parents leave me out when they are gone and there’s never been an issue!
I am potty trained and am good with other dogs. I would love to join your family if you give me the chance!

Hi, I'm Hannah.
I'm a super sweet, 5 year old Boxer/Lab mix weighing about 55 lbs. I've been hanging out in a foster home, & I love attention, & cuddling on the couch. I'm a pretty calm kind of girl, but I have a playful side as well. I love chewing on bones & playing with my stuffed & squeaky toys. I'd love a fenced yard to run around in, & Oh, I love car rides too!
I'm not a fan of the crate, but I'm housebroken & great in the house if left alone (although I've been known to counter-surf, so please don't leave food within reach). I am really smart and learn things quickly.
I walk pretty well on a leash - I sometimes pull a little, but I'm working on it & am easily corrected. I do love chasing them squirrels & cats (and bicycles) though so my new home should be cat-free. I am ok with some other dogs. I'm selective with my friends. But I would be totally fine being your one and only as well. Kids 10 yrs plus.

Meet Sadey
Sadey is a chocolate Labrador Retriever who is Bear's mother. She is 6 years old and is also on the thin side at 44 lbs. She is dog friendly and has lived with two other Labs. Sadey's energy is considered medium level but she will still need a fenced in yard.
Sadey has never been around cats but she has been around children and is very gentle with them. Sadey is potty trained, crate trained and has a good time showing off her knowledge of some basic commands. She is playful, curious, affectionate, friendly, gentle, easy going and very lovable. Sadey's favorite game is fetchand bringing it back to you why wouldn't she, she's a retriever!

Meet Charlie
This sweetheart was surrendered to our shelter and is now looking for his foster to adopt home. He is 8 months old and is a Bernese/Labrador/Poodle mix full of puppy energy!
Because of his high energy level, this cool dude will require a home with a 6ft fenced yard and if you have kiddos, they need to be 12+… he doesn’t particularly care for cats.
Charlie is still a young pup, so he is working on potty training and also the in’s & out’s of walking nicely on a leash. But he loves treats, kisses and snuggles, so positive reinforcement and practice should get this smart boy making stellar strides in puppy manners. Guess what?! He loves baths 🛁 💦♥️

I am crate trained and potty trained and will sleep through the night in my crate but prefer the bed or couch.
I am playful but will sit forever next to my person and just watch TV.
I would need to be in a home with a fenced yard rather than an apartment , condo or townhouse since I can get a bit loud when I want something.
