This week after almost 4 years, and his rapidly declining health. The amazing Champ, crossed over to the other side. He was older when we trapped him, where he had been dumped in a cemetery. Heart damage from the heavy hw load he had and age. He lost use of both back legs.
Champ was a special boy. He smiled and chatted his teeth to talk. He loved to be brushed and shaved down in the middle of summer. He lived life to the beat of a drum only he understood.
I will forever miss you my friend. You were such an amazing big guy and mother loves you.
Wait for me there with the others, I'll be there soon.
Run free Champ!!

Due to some health issues, not the cats. These 2 semi feral, always been outside. Spayed. Vaccinated and chipped. Farm cats need a new place to chase mice!
I can connect you with thier owner if you are serious about giving these ladies a home. They stay outside during the day, and inside a shop at night to keep them safe from predators.
We have till January to find them a place.
Of course they will need to go into set ups and acclimate to a new property, but warm up nicely, once they get to know you.

Please send a message if you are able to help these pretty kitties on thier next journey.

The anonymous donor honored her 250 pledge.
Please keep sharing so my husband can match every dollar donated!!!!

We are up to $352. Please keep sharing!!!

Edit: on top of my husband matching dollar for dollar.
I just had an amazing lady offer to also match up to $250.
So far we are at $126

$5 Thursday didnt raise any money. With out help, we can not carry on.
My husband has agreed to match $1 for $1 of any donations that come in today.
So if we can raise, for example, $500. He will match it with $500 donation also

Id like to see if all of of followers could each donate $2. If so we could rach that $500 goal plus some.
And an amazing lady did call the vet and paid on our outstanding bill. Which helped so much.
Please share and help if you can.
Just had to pick up $200 just in meds. That doesn't include flea/ tick, heartworm meds

This week it's $5 Thursday.
With the weather getting colder, we have extra expenses, with straw and bedding for the pigs, and the outside play kennels for the dogs when they need to be separated. It's also time for routine shots and wormings. Flea meds and heartworm meds
Please help us continue to help them.
The kitten with the bad leg, we have raised $200 toward her vet bills. We can not schedule her surgeries until we raised all the money.
We are struggling to make past due vet bills payments.
Please share and help if you can.
We really appreciate everyone that helps us.

Meet Ali. Left behind when his humans moved out of an apartment in Crowley. Left him outside to fend for himself. That didn't go so well.
Bite wounds on back with some infection. He is on antibiotics. And eating well. Hopefully slowly gaining some good weight.
Although all he has been thru he is the sweetest, most affectionate boy. Nothing but purs and nose bumps from him. And he loves a good comfy bed.
He needs to be combo tested. Neutered. And all his shots.
Im having my vet draw up an estimate.
We will need help to help him. And hopefully as soon as he's ready, get him into his forever inside only home.
He deserves so much more than he has gotten.
I'll add the estimate as soon as I get it. But wanted to share his story and get his handsome face out there.

We have been trying to help this sweet little one.
She needs the rest of her shots. Spayed. And unfortunately front leg amputation.
When we 1st took her in, we received $60 which has been paid already.
She is now healthy and growing great. But starting to really drag that leg. If you can help that would be amazing. So we can finish her vetting and keep her in her FTA.
This is what her bill will be total.

$5 Tuesday is here!!!
So many are older and need daily meds. So those all to familiar vet bills just keep piling up. We were able to help 4 cats fiv pos get out of the shelter this past week. And they are with thier foster. Starting a new life.
Without everyone's continued support we wouldn't be able to help those left behind.$5 adds up quickly towards the expenses. Please help if you are able. And please share.

We are still planning a very large yard sale to benefit the rescue. Between the heat wave and my health issues I've had to post pone it. I should have a definite date within the next week.
We are still taking any donations toward the sale.
We have saddles. Shoes. Clothes. Play pens. Decorations. Home decor.
All kinds of good stuff.
And the animals will greatly benefit from the sale of these items.
And donations to the vet is always welcomed and very much needed. You can call straight to the vet. Please do so with only $20 or larger donations. So they don't get so many credit card fees.
Michelle is at the front desk and the best one to speak to

Amazon wishlist is pinned to the top of the page.
And volunteers to help with the animals are always welcome.
A few volunteers that can help run the sale would be greatly appreciated. Cuz, the animals will still need thier daily care.
With colder weather rapidly approaching we can always use
Used towels. Sheets. Blankets w/ no stuffing. Elevated dog beds. Straw.
Daily vitamins for the dogs and cats. And supplements for the seniors for hip and joint health.

We so appreciate everyone that helps us help them.

I am also looking for items that can be donated to build agility course for the dogs.
And tin to make roofs for the outside play enclosures.

10/19/2024

Want to make a difference in an animals life? But can't take on the entire responsibility? Fostering 'lifers' would be an amazing way to do that.
Coming out walking dogs. Petting cats. Volunteer at a local rescue, or a shelter.
I'm a one woman show here. And having people come out to socialize and interact with the critters would be amazing for them.
You would have a choice
Horses
Pigs
Dogs
Cats
Turkeys
Chickens
Ducks

Lots to choose from. Or foster a senior dog and shower them with love, and all needs paid for by the rescue.
Must be 18 and up.
No alcohol
No drugs
If you say your coming. Keep the commitment

If you may be Interested please send me a message.
Also cleaning If you'd prefer would be of great help

Please pm me. Or send an email and we can discuss this in more detail.
