Liz has been a valuable member of our team on surgery days, helping prep patients for anesthetic procedures and monitoring them throughout. We truly appreciate her willingness to step in when needed!

In addition to her work here, Liz also brings a wealth of ER experience from working weekends at Upstate Vet. Beyond her professional life, she is a devoted mother to her son Lincoln and daughter Emily. Liz manages finds time to create beautiful woodburnings in her free time, showcasing her creativity.

Chloe is from Easley, South Carolina, and has dreamed of working in veterinary medicine since childhood. You’ll often find her in the exam rooms, gathering your pet's history and preparing for their appointments. Chloe has been a fantastic addition to our team, embracing every aspect of her job and eagerly seeking new learning opportunities.

In her free time, she enjoys crocheting. Chloe grew up singing and playing musical instruments, and a fun aspiration of hers is to one day ride in a hot air balloon.

Kailie has been a fantastic addition to our PVG team! Originally from Charleston, she works with us three days a week while pursuing her studies. You can always count on her to greet you with a smile and a positive attitude, eager to help and learn new skills.

Drawn to veterinary medicine for its blend of science and love for animals, Kailie brings passion and enthusiasm to her role. In her free time, you’ll find her at the gym or diving into a good book. She loves cheeseburgers and cherishes moments with her Golden Retriever, Blue. One of her dreams is to travel to Greece someday.

We’re thrilled to have Amy as part of our Customer Service Representative team! Her smile and great sense of humor brightens our day. Amy feels called to this field, inspired by her passion for veterinary medicine, which she has dedicated herself to for over 20 years. With her extensive experience, she expertly assists you with all your pets' needs, focusing on their overall health and well-being.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys arts and crafts and has a knack for decorating. She loves thrifting and exploring shopping centers—who doesn't appreciate a good deal? One of her dreams is to travel back in time to biblical eras to experience history firsthand. Additionally, she hopes to travel the world, with a special trip to Scotland on her bucket list.

But Erin is more than just a veterinary expert—she’s also a dedicated mom to two wonderful daughters and a son who keep her on her toes! When she finds a spare moment (which, let’s be honest, is rare with her busy schedule), Erin loves to unleash her creativity by crafting customized tumblers.
Erin’s positive energy, incredible work ethic, and deep passion for animals are already making a significant impact on our team and, more importantly, on the care we provide to our patients. We couldn’t be more excited to have her onboard, and we know you’ll love her as much as we do!

Tami is one of our amazing client service representatives (CSR). She's known for her cheerful and kind demeanor, and greets everyone with a smile. You'll see Tami scheduling appointments, answering calls, or checking our clients out. Her favorite part of her job is meeting new clients and their pets.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Tami moved to Townville in 2020. Her passion for animals inspired her to enter the veterinary field, as she wanted to learn how to better care for her own pets. She couldn't imagine doing anything that doesn’t involve working with animals.

In her free time, Tami enjoys crocheting, soap making, and participating in dog sports like dock diving. She also has a goal to visit every state in the U.S.

Next up is Jess!!
You’ll likely see Jess in the exam room during your pet’s visit. When she’s not assisting the doctors with appointments, she’s often performing dentals or monitoring anesthesia during surgeries. Jess enjoys doing all of the hands-on technical skills that are vital to our hospital.

Originally from South Carolina, Jess knew from a young age that she wanted to work with animals, often helping injured ones as a child. She has a background in showing dairy cows and sheep. In her free time, Jess enjoys photography and crafting. This girl has also done modeling! One of her dreams is to go scuba diving with sharks.

Meet Jydell, Our Virtual Assistant!

You may see Jydell on the iPad during your visits to Pinnacle Veterinary Group. She’s been an invaluable asset, sitting in on appointments and transcribing for our doctors.

Originally from the Philippines, Jydell has two beloved pets: a Puspin (Philippine Shorthair) named Pillow and a Philippine Native dog named Milo. Her journey in the veterinary field began with a desire to learn how to care for her pets, who bring her so much joy. Now, her biggest goal is to complete veterinary school.

In her free time, Jydell enjoys painting, playing video games, and watching the show Modern Family, which she loves for its heartwarming portrayal of family support.

Thank you, Jydell, for assisting our doctors and ensuring that all medical records are documented accurately. We appreciate all that you do!

Meet Mallory! She's from South Carolina and currently pursuing a degree in veterinary technology at Tri-County Technical College. Her passion for veterinary medicine stems from her deep love for animals, and she finds joy in helping both pets and their owners during their visits.

You'll likely meet Mallory during your appointments, where she assists with various treatments for your furry friends. Always ready to lend a helping hand, she brings a smile to every interaction.

Beyond her veterinary aspirations, Mallory has a unique fondness for insects and might have pursued entomology if not for her current path. In her free time, she enjoys birdwatching, hiking, reading, and crafting. Mallory also dreams of traveling the world, eager to explore new places and experiences.

Meet Marsha! Originally from Mooresville, NC, Marsha has lived in the Clemson area for many years. She and Dr. Worl met years ago when Dr. Worl was in college and pet-sat for Marsha's adorable Yorkies. Business turned into a friendship that soon developed into family. where Marsha has been volunteering with Pinnacle since we opened our doors.
Though Marsha isn't in the clinic as often these days, her contributions continue to be invaluable—whether it’s making copies of training manuals, storing supplies during hurricane power outages, or simply cheering on Pinnacle’s mission, she’s always there, ready to lend a hand.
When she’s not busy supporting the clinic, you can find Marsha tailgating at Clemson football games, enjoying a glass of wine (or a Mom Water!) or cooking a delicious meal. And while she will always have a soft spot for Yorkies, Marsha and her husband, Eldon, are now proud parents to Ana, their sweet and beautiful Australian Shepherd.
Join us in celebrating Marsha, our incredible volunteer who brings so much joy (and treats) to our clinic!

Next up is Jessie!!! She has been a vital part of Pinnacle Veterinary Group since its opening. She works diligently behind the scenes, helping us with our software program, and making follow-up calls to check on your fur babies after their visits and procedures. In addition to her customer care role, Jessie manages our inventory and online pharmacy, ensuring everything runs smoothly. While she excels at client interactions, she secretly dislikes public speaking.

Her passion for animals drew her to veterinary medicine, and she comes with 20+ years of experience. 👏👏

Outside of work, Jessie is a talented potter, creating beautiful pieces in her own studio. She also enjoys hiking and catching up on her favorite shows. One of her dreams is to travel the world and explore new places. We’re lucky to have Jessie on our team! Thank you for all of your hard work!

Tank wanted to get in on the Easter themed pictures we have been taking at Pinnacle Veterinary Group…even if the ears were just a bit too big! That’s ok. They look great as wings, too!

Thank you for sending us this update on Lucy. We are so happy she's doing so well! "After 2 rounds of Librela injections (getting the 3rd today!) Lucy is off of all pain medications and fully thriving. She went on a 1.5mile walk yesterday and kept up with her much younger sister the whole time. She’s running, jumping and being her ole sassy self at almost 13 years of age thanks to Librela and the amazing staff at Pinnacle!"🤍 If your dog or cat seems to be slowing down, it might not be just age. There may be discomfort that they are masking. Come speak to our doctors about the options available to ensure your pets are fully thriving like Lucy!

Ghost came to see us today. His dad is always working on new tricks with him so we look forward to Ghost showing us his stuff. We were very impressed with his determination to complete his roll-over in spite of the counter being in his way. And his grand finale “whisper” is a clinic favorite!
