Here is a short article just published in Aquaculture North America Magazine on my presentation at Aquaculture America earlier this year. All trout numbers were from FAO (sourced in my actual presentation) and all vegetable prices were direct from USDA price lists.

The US currently imports over 80% of our seafood with an annual trade deficit of 10.4 billion...This country needs a fish farming revolution and Aquaponics is the tool that can get us there!
