We had a visit with Sweet Sophie (Miss Lavender, first litter)! She is so beautiful (resembles Momma Rose a lot) and loved playing fetch with a stick she found! 💜😍🦮

Did you know that there are 2 different styles of Golden Retrievers within the breed — Field Goldens and Show Goldens? 🦮

Momma Rose would be considered more of a Field Golden. She has slimmer build, a shorter and more textured fur, loves to run and fetch, and is just more active in general! 🌹

Dad Rufus would be considered more of a Show Golden. He has a blockier head, long and silky soft fur, and is not interested in a game of fetch at any time! He likes to lay round, preferably on your lap even if he is 70 pounds, and relax! 🤎

The good news is that they are both smart, beautiful/handsome, loyal, and make the BEST family dogs! Which Golden style do you think your puppy is??✨

Wishing all 13 puppies from the very first litter a ✨HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY!!! ✨

It was SO amazing to watch those precious puppies be born and then to help take care of them during their first weeks! 🥹 I know they’re all being well cared for and loved because all of you have been kind enough to keep in touch! ❤️ I hope your puppies have brought lots of fun to your lives, and hope the fun continues on and on! (And if it’s been a little crazy, just know that they calm down around age 2! You’re already halfway there! 😉) 🥳🦮🎁

Pupdate time!

Here’s handsome Opie (formerly known as Mr. Red from first litter), living his best life!! He’s 62 lbs, loves swimming, and hanging out at the dog park! He’s one loved pup, and clearly very well trained by this adorable picture! 😍❤️🦮

Here’s Ridge (Yellow), Watson (Blue), and Riley (Red) at a playdate a couple of weeks ago! These are 3 of the brothers in Georgia! They are all a little over 20 pounds now and very loved! ❤️💛💙

This is Daisy, Miss Yellow/1st Litter, looking beautiful! Her and Lucy (Miss Pink) were the 2 lightest and most petite girl puppies in the first litter. She’s up to 55 lbs now and is sweet, playful, and SO loved! 💛

We have a family member looking to find the perfect, forever home for a Miniature Goldendoodle! She’s 6 months old, up to date on vaccines, and the sweetest little thing! She is literally a teddy bear! 😍

Good news… both dogs are almost completely back to normal after their procedures! 🎉

I think Rufus overheard us talking about bringing him back to the vet due to how he was acting… not moving, eating or drinking…. because he perked right up the very next day! 😅🦮😍

1 week post spay/neuter surgery and both pups are still recovering. 🩹

Rose is getting around very well, but still pretty cautious. Rufus… he’s just totally traumatized! 😬

I’m looking forward to them feeling so much better and getting back to their normal selves, hopefully very soon! 🙏🦮🤎

Happy 3 months to the puppies! 🎉

Your puppy has been a part of your family now for 4+ weeks! They have had time to get settled in and comfortable with their routine, which builds their confidence. With this newfound confidence, they might start exploring more and behaving a little more mischievously! They are also teething now and probably chewing on everything, including you!

Hang in there and keep on loving those sweet puppies! Once you make it through the dinosaur phase, it’s all good from there! 🦮🤎🤗😂

Momma Rose and Dad Rufus are at the vet for the next few days to get spayed and neutered! They were very excited to get all cleaned up and go for a ride, but not so excited to have to stay at the vet office. 🥲🦮🤎

Flora (Miss Purple) is weighing in at 51 pounds at almost 9 months old and looking so gorgeous!! Her family says she’s lovable and sweet and brought her on her first boat ride this summer! 🤗💜🦮

Sweet Black found his new Mom today! 🖤

She found our page and decided to see if we still had any puppies available! He was our last one! She’s in Georgia and we were already in Georgia, too, so we were able to meet up! Her brother joined her and they had to go through some crazy stormy weather, but now have a sweet new puppy! 🤗🤎🦮

Are you ready for a super sweet story? 🥹

We met up with 2 wonderful families today in Georgia, who happen to be neighbors with the family who have Red! ❤️ The first family chose Blue, and surprised their kids! 💙 The second family wanted to meet both Yellow and Black, and chose Yellow in the end! 💛 Then, they all drove home, surprised Red’s family and had a little puppy reunion!! 😍

I can’t leave out Big Brown’s family, who is also in Georgia and friends with Red’s family! 🤎

I’m so thankful to know that those sweet puppies are in the best of hands AND get to grow up near each other!

It’s been a busy day… We drove to Georgia with 3 puppies and returned home with 0! Bittersweet! 🥲

One of the best things about Golden Retrievers is that they love all the outside adventures, like playing in water and dirt! But, they also love getting all cleaned up to be your fluffy, sweet, snuggly pup! 😍🤎🦮
