🦍 Mini took her 1st trip to the hardware store since she has been training with us. This was a location she has struggled with in the past. After some obedience training it was much easier to bring her back ☺️ now that she understands what we are asking of her. 💥She crushed her sit stays.

🐶 Mila is with us for a 4 week board and train. Here for some dog reactivity issues and the need for socialization, she has come a long way in a short time. Our trainer Kayla uses her dog Melee to help with the training... he is quite the "teachers pet" 😂.
🐕 Wyatt has been part of the RSK9 family since he was a puppy. Now he comes to us once a week for day training. He is so well trained, we basically just make up stuff to do now 😂.

🧨 Marker training with 🫐 BLUEBERRY
🤔 I find that a lot of dog owners struggle with teaching their dogs a marker word like "YES". By charging 🧨 the marker we mean: a word or a sound is followed by➕ food reward 🍖, and soon your dog becomes "Classically Conditioned" to respond because of 🧠 dopamine production in the brain.•

1) MARK: YES or CLICK before you move. Be still, only move your mouth.
2) MOVE: After the marker is heard you may move to reward your dog.
3) PAY: Reward your dog with food.
