Effective immediately, all reservations whose booking totals $200 or more will require a 50% deposit at time of scheduling. This reservation will be refundable if the service is canceled within 15 days of the starting date, otherwise the deposit is non - refundable or will be refunded solely at my discretion.
As this business is my sole income, I can no longer bear the financial losses of multiple last minute cancellations. If you currently have a reservation for 2025, you are not expected to alter your existing reservations by sending in a deposit. However, new reservations will be booked under this new policy. I am working on written updates for clients, but wanted to go ahead and post for my followers.
