This is the face of a dog who has been given confidence to socialize, patience when she has made a mistake, and an immense amount of love.💓

📚There are so many theories out there on how to train a dog. It is evident that the foundation of successful, healthy training is based on unconditional love, understanding, clear boundaries, and respect.

Seeing Chandi's face light up when we had our photoshoot is an amazing gift that we have worked so hard for. ✨

💁Hank got a Haircut!

THANK YOU, to all of our Donors, for loving and supporting these pups! 🎀

⭐Hank, is the perfect companion. He loves to take naps, go for car rides, and plays in the yard. He sleeps on his bed all night, and waits for you to get up in the morning. He doesn't need a leash when hiking, and he goes potty on command.
Hank has a huge personality. He's confident, in charge, playful, and can be very sensitive & sweet. An all around good guy.

🤍 Charlie & Hank are eager to go training for the day!

All of the dogs who are accepted into the Axel's K9 Rescue program are rehabilitated, and trained to be taken out in public every single day.

Just like people, we find through training, that animals need a purpose.

Charlie and Hank have been with us for 6 weeks. They are both excelling beautifully.

Charlie is a female 14 month old Yellow Labrador Retriever.

Hank is a 9-year-old Havanese

Axel's K9 Rescue is blessed to be supported by so many compassionate, driven, local women - powerful visionaries that lift up one another and each other's dreams!

Over the weekend Michelle K. Adams, in coordination with Jana Kasper & Julie Marino, lovingly opened her beautiful home and hosted a private fundraising event in honor of the nonprofit. The team and I are truly grateful beyond words for their generosity, friendships and the enthusiasm these women shared that day. Thank you!🙏

I never envisioned in the beginning of this year that Axel's K9 Rescue would be able to grassroot raise as much as it has this year. All of the money generated directly benefits the dogs rescued. The costs associated with feeding, vet care, grooming, training and proper equipment is astronomical. Donations help offset these costs. These dogs are so worth it!

This year's goal was to take in and rehome 4 dogs. We have already achieved that goal for the year and are now striving to place two more dogs in their forever homes after being rehabilitated. 👏

🐾Hank and Charlie are with us now. They have a few more months of rehabilitation before they will be ready for their forever homes but be sure to check back for updates!

✨The smallest gestures, can make the largest impact.

🐾Scout, (trained by Axel's K9) and her kids, took it upon themselves to create a lemonade stand, to raise money for our rescue. 🙌
