Anyone looking to build a better team with their dog or start getting into showing dogs, this is a wonderful place to start!!!

Our final session for 2024 starts on Monday Sept 9. We are still accepting students for all levels of Obedience. More information and registration form can be found at: https://ohabuckeyenorth.wixsite.com/dogs.

We also have drop-in Conformation (7:30-8:30) and Rally run-thrus (6:00-7:30) every week during the session.

I present to you, LEGEND Pretty Little Cajun Queen @ BCK’s… Adalida!! (It’s a George Strait song 😉).

Looking forward to showing this little girl and watching her grow! She bonded to me quickly and is a momma’s girl and full of sass!!

They say it takes a village… I say It takes the right village…

Pending AKC approval, I present to you CH BCK’s Oh Mickey, You’re So Fine!! (Official win photo coming.)

This is a huge achievement and accomplishment, as Mickey is the first CH that I bred. Born right here in my house, Mickey stood out from the start being born with his “Mickey Spot”.

Thank you to Judge Mr. Charles L. Olvis & Columbiana County Kennel Club.

Thank you to Stacy Dobmeier for your guidance throughout all of this! I definitely wouldn’t be here without you!

Thank you to Madison Lynette Hamilton for your grooming and showing of Mickey.

Thank you to all of my “dog show family”. You know who you are!!

Mickey was handled by 3 newbies to showing dogs and finished by myself, my daughter - Meg Myers, and friend - Madison.

I usually have a lot to say, but I definitely can’t put my emotions into words right now!!

Every now and then, things just don’t go as planned.
Cosmo (green girl) from our Coffee & Drew litter born March 16,2023 came back home to us.

Cosmo had too much energy for her original parents and therefore the decision was made for her to come back here while we find her the right family.

The adoption process is the same regarding completed applications as well as a phone interview and contract.

Cosmo is very loving and social. She enjoys walks and cuddles and is 100% house broken. She is also fully vetted with all her vaccinations. Absolutely zero accidents whatsoever and she is very well behaved and has a dog bed in her crate that she loves and doesn’t even want to chew it up!

We will be very diligent in screening those interested in adopting Cosmo, as finding what’s best for her is our top priority. Finding the right fit isn’t always easy.

Well, after a few months of refusing to gait in the ring, Mickey decided to shine (and wanted to climb on the judge during the table exam and give lots of love and kisses) but a quick reset and we got him settled.
Best of Winners for a single point under judge June A. Penta, OHBOB & BOS.

“BCK’s Oh Mickey, You’re So Fine” picking up his 5th single just 2 days shy of the two year mark of me ever stepping into a show ring with his Sire. Barkaritaville Dog Show will always hold a special meaning for me!!!
