Dogs have taken me all over the world, from Iraq, Japan, Afghanistan, Jordan, Kuwait, and many more places to right here in good Ole Cleveland Ohio. It has been an honor for us here at DTE Cleveland to be entrusted with so many of your pets over the years. This fathers day, I spent a lot of time reflecting not only about my kids but also about the people I've got to meet and relationships that have been cultivated. The team here at DTE Cleveland is so very appreaciative of you all.

Hey Pack Meet Rommel, named after a German General. He just finished our Gold Obedience Package and is a different dog. From trying to bite trainers to running away and now he has a great recall and listens when asked.

Hey Pack meet Brodie! He's a super smart happy go lucky Doodle. Today we worked on recall in the front yard and sending him back to the front porch (place) on his own along with heeling under high distractions. He did really well. One of the best parts of training dogs isn't actually training dogs at all, it's empowering pet owners. At first the Michael's family was a little unsure of allowing Brodie off-leash in the front yard but by the end Bill was a seasoned pro and really took what I was teaching and put into action. Great clients great dogs what more can a trainer ask for?

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions on various brand-wide systems, including the CRM, G-Suite, Twilio, LearningZen and DogStar DMS
• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed

Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review
