Pet and animal emergencies are inevitable. If you are an owner, you will eventually have an emergency. Animals are like our kids, they tend to get sick on weekends, in the middle of the night, and on holidays!
As a pet healthcare provider, we always want to be available to help our clients during their time of need if possible, however, Dr. Lloyd does have other professional and family obligations. This is why we have an emergency number. In the event of an animal EMERGENCY, please call our office number at (662) 846-6445 and leave a message with our answering service. They will contact Dr. Lloyd on your behalf.
If you have a random non-emergent question that can wait until normal business hours, chances are you may not get a call back.

Dr. Lloyd DOES NOT have or respond to FACEBOOK MESSENGER, he does not moderate our office page/messenger, and he does not respond to posts on his page regarding animal emergencies.

This baby has been through it this week! This is the big guy that fell out of the trailer while being transported to Greenwood for our district show! He has some road rash and is all stove up so we decided to put our cold therapy laser on him and see if we could give him some relief!

Photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy, commonly referred to as laser therapy, results are achieved when a sufficient dose of light energy reaches target tissue and results in decreased inflammation, decreased pain, and accelerated healing. This alone or combined with oral medication will improve overall quality of life.

Companion Animal Laser Therapy

Does anyone know this dog? He has been staying in a ladies garage since yesterday when some other dogs chased him into it. He is not wearing a collar. The lady lives on Oakridge Rd. in Boyle. She can't get close to him. He runs when she goes into the garage, but then he comes back to the blanket she put out for him. Please contact the office if this is your pet 662-846-6445

Due to the road conditions, Delta Animal Services is closed again today and will delay opening until 9am tomorrow, Wednesday January 17th. This will give our employees additional time to safely navigate the roads to work. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
