TODAY (11/29)
Dixie's daily vaccine clinic will be CANCELED due to staff shortages.
We will return to normal hours next week, Monday thru Friday 11am-2pm.

Fifteen years and one month ago we opened the doors of Dixie Day Spay for the first time. We've been through wonderful times and hard times, we've had much happiness and some sadness.

There is one thing we have always had and that is your unwavering support, your boundless generosity, and the friendship so many of you have given us.

We are and always will be so very grateful for you. If not for you we would not still be here, flourishing, and taking care of your precious babies.

So this Thanksgiving, and all the ones before and after, we are most thankful for you.

Enjoy the holiday, hold your loved ones close - both two legged and four - and we hope to see you soon!

UPDATE: Foster home found, thank you!

URGENT FOSTER HOME NEEDED! ONLY SIX DAYS!!!

This tiny little 4.5 pound baby needs a foster home ASAP until placement in rescue this coming Sunday. She will receive her first vaccine and be dewormed tomorrow. Puppy food and p*e pads supplied. Kennel if needed. This baby needs lots of attention, but no rough handling from young children.
Make this a truly special Thanksgiving by taking in a little homeless one and helping her on her way to a great life!

Things are tough all over and many many pet owners can't afford dog houses - cold weather is coming!
If you have any plastic type dog houses that you are not using and they're in decent condition please message us with an address and we will pick up or leave at Dixie Day Spay.

UPDATE: A foster home has been found. Thank you all so very much!

Searching for a responsible, indoor foster home for only nine days for three of the cutest babies ever. A rescue has committed to them, but cannot pick up until the 18th. Vaccinated and dewormed. Puppy food and p*e pads provided. Please note these babies are not for adoption. They are way too young. We are searching for a temporary foster. Thank you!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND SUPPORT!

As many of you know Dixie is in the middle of a long overdue remodel and makeover inside and out.

In the process things are.......well......a mess. Regardless we are maintaining our regular business hours to serve your pets needs. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

The inside is already looking so much better and smelling much better too! We still have a way to go with many more projects to finish but we are getting there.

Hopefully everything will be complete by the second week of December - maybe in time for a little Christmas Open House.

We are so incredibly grateful for the generous donations to Adam's Fund that gave this project its wings.
