Old Brooklyn Farm is an urban farm growing lavender, herbs and heirloom varietal produce on a City of Cleveland land-bank parcel. Lavender, herbs and produce is sold fresh to culinary establishments. Dried lavender will be processed into value-added products that include an antique and fine-wood furniture crème infused with lavender essential oil. Herbs such as Rosemary, Basil, and Thyme are also

being grown and sold to the restaurateurs. Old Brooklyn Farm will also grow potted lavender and herb plants for resale.
