Meet Tag, a Bucovina shepherd rescue from Romania, and Ellie, a rescue Shepherd mix from the California desert, who serve as guardians of the Horsepower Ranch. Their responsibilities include welcoming visitors and ensuring the well-being of the horses.

We welcome our newest addition, a semi-rescue horse initially without a name. After a week of settling in, he had his vet check, hooves trimmed, and is now enjoying daily walks and exploring the ranch. Everyone referred to him as 'Buddy,' and he responded, so the name stuck!

Our boarding facilities are designed to accommodate the diverse needs of your horses. We offer four spacious 12 x 16 stalls with large turnouts, one 12x16 stall with a double-size 32'x32' turnout, and Two 12x16 stalls are also available without turnouts.
At HorsePower Ranch, we understand the importance of regular exercise and training for both horse and rider. That's why we provide access to our spacious outdoor arena, measuring 120'x200', where riders can practice various disciplines. Additionally, our wooded area features a 2.5 acre obstacle arena.
We offer a range of amenities to ensure the comfort and well-being of your horses. Our wash bay and cross ties in the barn make grooming and tacking up a breeze, while daily turnout in our large green pastures allows horses to enjoy the outdoors and socialize with their herd mates.
Feeding is taken care of with grain provided twice a day, along with quality hay to keep your horses healthy and satisfied. Stalls are cleaned daily, with a full cleanout scheduled once a week to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. Owner-provided supplements are fed daily or as needed, ensuring your horses' individual dietary needs are met.
We also offer additional services for your convenience, including scheduling and handling vet and farrier appointments. Rehabilitation services can be provided at additional rates for horses in need of specialized care.
Bell boots, fly masks, and blankets (provided by the owner) are changed daily as needed, ensuring your horse stays protected and comfortable throughout the day. During the fly season, fly spray (provided by the owner) is applied daily, allowing your horse to relax and enjoy their time outdoors.
For riders looking to improve their skills, we offer lessons for beginning and intermediate levels, both for boarders and new lesson customers. Additionally, exercise rides are available for boarders at additional rates, providing an opportunity for horses to stay fit and active.
