📣SCHEDULING UPDATE📣
Hi Friends, sorry for the delay, but the new scheduling platform is up and running! I went with Gingr, a company I used (and loved) for almost the entire 7 years I owned CaNine to Five.
Please note: I have to manually input everyone's information so, although the platform is operational, I'm still in the process of inputting everything and could use your help. Please feel free to update any information that is incorrect or incomplete in your client portal since I either entered just the basics, one pet out of multiple or entered the same data for everyone (ie, pet's date of birth) just to get the ball rolling. Also, I haven't entered all of the scheduled appointments for the rest of the year, but am working on that today and tomorrow so don't be nervous if you don't see your upcoming groom in there...it'll pop up soon!
IMPORTANT: if you have an appointment already scheduled, I have entered your information into Gingr so please use the relevant sign-in instructions below. If you do NOT have an appointment scheduled with me, please sign up as a new client because I did not enter you into Gingr yet.
IF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED:
• Please download the 'Gingr for Pet Parents' app on your phone OR access on your computer via www.plushbyamy.portal.gingrapp.com
• For the mobile app use the invitation code: 164325. To set your password you'll need to use your email (not cell phone!) as the log-in and follow the 'forgot password' prompt. Gingr will send you a reset password email and then you'll be able to access your account for the first time.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED:
• Please download the 'Gingr for Pet Parents' app on your phone OR access on your computer via www.plushbyamy.portal.gingrapp.com
• For the mobile app use the invitation code: 164325. Sign up as a new client.
Lastly, if you have any issues whatsoever please let me know! I have a call with Gingr tomorrow to go over the final implementation steps so if you come across anything that doesn't work or needs fixing I would love to hear about it so I can work with them to make the process as easy as possible for you (and me😉).
