Just wanted to take a minute to update a few things. As business grows, we have to set guidelines to keep the flow of progress positive and respectful. So please give us a call if you have a late drop off. We try to stop taking in at 9pm but we understand that before time change, your shot clock is later. So please call and we will work with you on this. Secondly, we are a cash only business as we don't have the means to accept cards, and checks are far too often problematic. Thirdly and most importantly is pickup. It says in our paperwork that you have 3 days after first contact to pick up your meat. Once again, we try to be understanding and work with your schedules, but we don't have all the space to be storing meat for 2 weeks. So we will be adhering a bit more strictly this year. If you don't schedule a time outside of the 3 days with us, then after your grace period, we will be collecting our cut fee from the very long list of people who want meat but don't have the means to harvest their own.
We are also behind on taxidermy due to several heath set backs this year. Surgeries and recovery time caused us to lose a few months of production. We are doing our best to get things out as soon as possible. Due to the set backs and back log of work, we will be taking in a limited amount of mounts this year. This does NOT include European mounts. Just skin mounts.
