What is the shelf life of a container of microgreens?

Much like other fresh produce the shelf life depends on many variables with how they are stored and refrigerated.
Typically microgreens should last between 7-14 days.

The microgreens pictured below were stored unopened for 21 days (not recommended) at 40°F and very low humidity. Flavor and color was only slightly diminished but the greens had definitely become rather limp and flaccid.
