Today was a big day for Cuyler and also for our long term fosterer Steve, who has been caring for Cuyler since the beginning. Care included maintenance for a skin infection, eye infection, bringing him back up to a healthy weight, and giving him lots of love. It is folks like Steve that make this possible. Thank you Steve, you are amazing!

Reintroducing one of our most loving horses, Teton! Teton was looking extra beautiful this Valentines Day so we figured we would share a picture we took of him this morning! Unfortunately Teton is unavailable for adoption, Teton has irreversible joint issues and is our friend at Kiseki for life!

Hello Everyone!

April to June 2022 has been incredibly busy, but we wanted to give you an update as to where your donations have been being spent, and the miraculous recovery and progress of the Kiseki family of rescues! Lets start with Mr Cuyler ....

And that brings you up to date with these amazing rescues! While the majority of our rescues are doing well, and are ready to begin their new lives with loving families, we do have our long term residents, and new rescues being surrendered.

If you would like to volunteer, either to support in the day to day running of the rescue, as a board member, as a member of the fundraising committee, as a website/social media advisor/coordinator, please email [email protected]

Thank you all for your donations. Without your support Kiseki Horse Rescue would not be able to function; we have now added an easy monthly donation button to our website, and will be launching Kiseki branded t-shirts, baseball caps, and sweatshirts shortly, alongside an option for sponsoring a Kiseki horse or providing horse sponsorship as a great birthday or holiday gift. The girls are back home at Kiseki, we are currently rushing to get everything ready for I-Candee’s foal arrival at the end of April!
We are thinking about streaming the birth…thoughts?

And so the building of I-Candees birthing stall continues… if anyone has stable mats that they would like to donate, or siding please let us know … we expect a foal sometime between April 23 - May 6 … beyond excited!

I-Candee’s Nursery is on its way. I am not a carpenter, but I am sure it will be solid.
I am hoping to finish in the next two weeks and get her adjusted to the new stable.

It’s official, Kiseki Horse Rescue Foundation is now a registered 501(c3) … and it’s backdated to October 28, 2021! So if you made a donation in 2021, you can claim this on your tax return. Thank you everyone for your support, together we are truly giving horses a helping hand :-)

Teton is looking good! In November when we got him, he was skin and bone, and shied away from other horses and people, now look at him :-)
